Congratulations on the win. Atmosphere looked awesome and I’m happy to know that’s the last time LSU has to face Trinidad Chambliss. He is a magician. And kudos to the Ole Miss coaching staff. I’m elated with Lane but I think Pete is going to keep Ole Miss in the race.
With all of that said, I really hope LSU seriously considers benching Sam Leavitt. To me losing on the road to a good team isn’t remotely as annoying as paying a kid life changing money to look fricking retarded at QB.

Honestly I was impressed with both Sam and Lane/Weiss managing to put him in positions to limit his mistakes.
That interception was a defense supply and not on Sam. Sam played a pretty solid game. I would say the best game he’s played so far.

Say what you want about Lane, but he sticks behind his QBs. Even when Corral threw 6 interceptions in two different games he never wavered

First time I’ve seen Leavitt play. He’s a heck of a runner, but I wasn’t impressed with his passing. Missed some easy throws, including one at the goal line the play before the interception. The TD to Watkins was the only really tough throw. I can remember him making.

LSU should've thrown the ball downfield more. I think they wanted to but Leavitt wouldn't sit still in the pocket. He didn't have the time in the 1st half but he absolutely did all 2nd half. And Trey Wilson is shaping up to be a massive big $ transfer bust. 1 catch for positive yards tonight and it went for 5 ?!

Dude you you were trying to be the best CFB fan that you could be all week. I love this level of football. Hell I have always loved LSU as a 2nd favorite team. Just the perfect storm of Lane and a handful of lsu dipshits.

I went over and read the LSU/Ole Miss game scoreboard on TigerRant and laughed for twenty minutes. I picked it up right around when TC through that sidewinder for the TD, just before half. I had to wipe my eyes.

I think Leavitt gets happy feet anytime the first read isn't there. He's terrified to just sit in the pocket and go through his progressions. It's either first read or start trying to play hero ball.

Lindsey looked good last night in relief and nearly broke one for like 50 yards.
But yeah we need a healthy Lacy (and we need our run game to just get going generally).
