Now imagine his reaction when he finds out that all of CBB has a collective .500 record. It's truly anyone's year with that kind of parity.

This is such a stupid thing to say. One would hope he meant to phrase this a different way OR some intern messed up sharing his notes and highlighted this stat and Karl didnt really research it.
If you listen closely it almost sounds like he catches himself mid statement and then is like "f it I am already half way going to have to finish this atrocious thought"

I heard that during the game and wondered what Jimmy Dykes must’ve been thinking.
Anything you say to point out the depth of the stupidity of the statement would bring light to how dumb Ravich is, but you also couldn’t agree or you’d be lumped in with him on the short bus.
Only play is to ignore it and pretend it never happened.

He is saying it was tongue in cheek and just a bad delivery. I disagree. If it was truly tongue in cheek he is the worst PBP man ever, as it was the worst delivery ever.

He was trying to use it as a joke but it didn’t land at all. I think the Delaware coach stated something similar earlier this year but was dead serious.
