BOL is mentioning Adrian Klemm as a name to watch. And it’s likely Alabama makes two hires for OL.
Fixing the OL goes a long way to helping other issues on offense. It’s clearly a reset there with the total overhaul. I’m excited to see how it plays out.
Missouri OL coach Brandon Jones is a name to watch.
Alabama is too talented to not be back in the CFP next year. If they’re not the seat is very hot.
He was 72 years old at the time. It was very much a retirement. Did he need to coach to 90 to prove himself?

9-4 and 11-4 seasons are another story altogether.

I’m not sitting here saying Alabama has some billion dollar backer like Texas Tech, Oregon, or Indiana. But they are still highly competitive with NIL. That has been proven with continuing to sign top 5 classes. They have not needed to bring in heavy portal classes but they’ve still added quality pieces there as well.
Why are you having a meltdown over this? Unless one of the young tackles just can’t hack it, this guy is a depth piece.

Why do you think Alabama can’t compete in NIL? What evidence is there?
He allowed 3 sacks in over 500 pass pro snaps. Not saying he’s going to be a first round pick but a decent pickup. Some experience to go with the talented young players at tackle.
It must have been a miracle that Alabama signed a top three class.
What do the portal rankings actually prove? It seems it is at worst a wash for Alabama. While also signing a top 4 signing class. I think we will keep trying at football.
If they are 5-0 when hosting Georgia, they’ll be a threat to get 10 wins and return to the CFP. Talent to do it. But can the inexperience be overcome? Looking forward to seeing.
They also reached the top 5 under Bo Pelini. And were in the top 10 under Mike Riley.
I don’t necessarily disagree starting around 15 until you see they have Penn State and Michigan ahead of us.
He started while LT Overton was battling injuries late in the season.

Has potential but struggled at times.

Yes there is. Jason Jones is the assistant DB coach.

Because staff isn’t really limited anymore outside of salary pool.
I’m not sure you want Oatis. He quit caring after his freshman year at Alabama. Lost all the weight to play more and then just went downhill.

He’s barely played at Colorado too.

did he play? I don't remember that name.

He didn’t appear in any games this season. Got passed up by younger players.
He built the offense that propelled Clemson from 2014-2022. But still a questionable hire. Dabo still looking backwards.
