I just have this feeling we are going to beat the shite out of them.

First; I've watched Bama in alot of championship games. STATISTICALLY we are more likely to win when the underdog.

Second, in championship games, teams seldom ever run the ball against us. It's happened, but its extremely rare.

Third, in championship games. We tend to run the ball more effectively than during the regular season.

And fourth, I have this feeling that Milroe is like a caged animal that is about to escape his cage and start devouring everything around him. He has this incredible accuracy and this extra gear that he usually doesn't want to use but can when he wants. Against Texas he was just too clueless to put it together.

I think this guy is overlooked. I think this guy has a generational talent inside him and experience is slowly chiseling away a rough exterior to reveal a man-beast chimera that can go off hulk-like when ready.

Finally, I think we are going to prove to be too brutish on both sides of the ball. And I think our secondary will sort of shock them with its athleticism.

Our QB tried to make a forward pass, across the line of scrimmage, TWICE against Auburn. Both times, it's quite possible he would have scored if he just runs the ball.

The man doesn't know his legs are what make him scary to defenses. Unless he gets over that in a week, we're going to be in trouble.

I'll take what ever he is drinking or smoking. I hope you are right, but I think you are looking through Crimson colored glasses. I think if (big IF) they can stop Bowers they have a chance to win. If he treats them like a red headed step-child AGAIN, they are doomed.

I'm starting to think you might be a bit chemically imbalanced.

Agreed. Only way that's going to happen is if Milroe figures out his ability to make plays with his legs is his greatest weapon.

Alabama certainly can. Georgia isn't some unbeatable juggernaut, plus they are due for a loss. This is the worst Georgia team since 2020, they are still one of the best teams in the country. They are not on par with the last two Georgia teams though.

Georgia has played two teams with equal talent during their 29 game winning streak, Alabama in 2021 and Ohio St last year. Georgia could have easily lost both of those games.

I don't know about "rolling them" but Bama CAN win. However, Bama cannot play sloppy football and hope to win. If they can play relatively mistake free and get pressure on Beck, they have a decent shot at winning.

I don't want to see any cheap shots on Beck but I would like to see some tough licks on him and see how he responds. The dude normally has all day to eat a sandwich before he throws the ball and has very rarely faced any kind of pressure. Can Bama get pressure? To me, that'll be a critical factor.

No. They'd would have to play with a level of consistency that we haven't shown all year. Certainly have the talent to run away with the game and I like our chances, but they'd have to play a game unlike anything that's been put on film so far.

Our team at its worst is so much worse than UGA at their worst. Both of us at our best, it's about even. The concerning part is we've looked bad way more often than UGA has this year. Depends on who shows up...

We can look like the best team in the country for a quarter and can look like a 6-6 team the very next quarter of the same game We CAN win if we play well for 60 minutes, but some of the inconsistent stuff we’ve seen this year will get us beat by 10+.

Any outcome at all wouldn't surprise me.

In 2020 I expected we would beat them handily, and we did. I didn't know what to expect in 2021 and we got a split (although the second game saw the WR core ravaged with injuries).

I would not at all be shocked if we beat them something like 38-17.

UGA has not held a single power 5 team under 10 points this year. They did that 5 times in 2021.

UGA gave up 20 or more points 1 time in 2021, to Bama in Atlanta. This year they have given up 20 or more 6 times.

UGA has not faced an offense as good as Bama's. The closest would be Mizzou but their QB isn't the threat that Milroe is.

UGA is a very good team, but Bama is capable of beating them handily. Bama's A game is better than UGA's.

Yes. The reason is Jalen Milroe. I think we see him go off this weekend. I’m not sure when our fans will realize we have something special developing at quarterback

an offense or defense as good as bamas, whereas we have faced an offense that's better than theirs and a couple defenses at least in the ball park, just not at the same time

I hope you're right. The problem is for every dime Milroe throws (i.e., 4th and 31), he also makes very strange or wrong decisions (i.e., illegal forward pass TWICE in the SAME GAME, and not taking 5-10 yards with his legs when it's available). I thought he was turning that corner in his development with the LSU and Kentucky games, but he regressed considerably in the Auburn game.

If we see LSU Jalen, I like our chances. If we see Auburn Jalen, I don't think we can win.

I kind of have this feeling as well, but I hope all of this fan-fair and congratulations from the Iron Bowl craziness doesn't get into the teams head. Hopefully it does the opposite and gives them even more confidence to go out there and whoop some arse on Saturday.

I dont think it is unreasonable there is a path for us to win in this game.

Is it likely, does not seem so.

We just would need to play with a level of consistency we have not shown up to this point

eh, I think that "regressed considerably" is a little hyperbolic. Those were essentially the only two mistakes he made all game. The first one he was just barely across the los even though yes he should have ran it. Second one was dumb but he more than made up for it. Really, besides those two plays, he played a great game.

UGA has not been elite every second of every quarter of every game.

UGA beat GT 31-23 and Tech ran all over them.

Missouri was within a field goal until the middle of the 4th. They barely beat AU. They were down for much of the game against South Carolina

UGA is very good, but they're not unbeatable. Bama can beat them straight up, without flukey turnovers or injuries to UGA.
