Believe it or not, the starches like rice, potatoes, corn, oatmeal. and the beans will lead to weight loss. As long as you don't add any fat. Throw in a couple of pieces of fruit and that's perfect.
The only problem is, your going to be short B12. But that's only a factor long term. Then just...

Your right. They could buy rice and beans, dried or canned, and get along OK. Throw in some frozen veggies if you can afford it. Maybe some canned salmon a couple of times a week...or better yet, sardines.
There are ways of surviving. And maybe even enhancing health. But inflation is still ...

Well all I have to say is 4 more years! Apparently Inflation is no big deal.
I would just point out that alot of obesity is due to unhealthy cheap food. Ravioli is still a buck a can. You can still get a large container of ice cream for less than 4 bucks. Then you have the sugary sweet gener...

All they have to do is deliver votes where needed.
Many swing state counties ask no questions.

Ìt only takes one 18 wheeler to transport 2 million ballots. Or 10 vans, or 38 pickup trucks, or 162 car trunks.
We already know there were ballot deliveries going on Election night.
A very small operation could generate the needed ballots and a very modest distribution system could deliver...
