Williamson has been a gigantic bust. I was excited about getting him. Looked like a guy who could really help the team. The Patriot League must be really, really bad if he was the best guy in the league. I don't know how they evaluate players but they whiffed on him. I would think, though, that if you just said, "Hey, we will take a 7' conference player of the year" you probably just say yes. The Patriot League isn't a horrible league, they've had some decent guys come through.

Maybe Oats spends some time w/ Michigan State in the off season to learn some tips on how to teach rebounding better. It's really our only problem now. Turnovers have been better, but allowing offensive rebounds has cost us multiple games this year. Gotta get that fixed.

I am happy with how Sherrell has improved defensively. He's legit a force down there. He's 2nd in the country in blocks per game right now. Gotta have other guys want to rebound defensively though.
I had tickets to take the family to see Die Hard at the Alabama Theater but will be watching the game at home instead.
"Miller hasn't played since the Iron Bowl"

You mean he missed one game?

Outside of the Illinois St game Mateer has 9 TDs and 9 INTs on the year.

He didn't play well against Bama, but he didn't turn it over either.

If Bama can just not turn the ball over or make plays that essentially do the same (poor kick coverage, punt blocking, etc) then we should be okay. Oklahoma is not a very good team. They're opportunistic. Bama was clearly better last month.

A tale of 2 halves.

Gotta rebound. Not a whole lot more to it than that.

19-2 margin in offensive rebounds. Hard to be that bad.

Philon might be the best true PG we've ever had

His passing and 3 point shooting have gotten so much better. He always finished around the rim but he’s showing court awareness like I haven’t seen in a while.

I get more and more impressed by Philon every game. He was maybe our 4th best guy last year and this year he’s absolutely playing like a lottery pick.

Zero chance that’s a goal tend. Good grief that wasn’t close.

Philon never seems to miss when he takes these shots.

Sherrell might have turned the corner in defense.

The announcer doesn’t know Philon from Holloway
