"her JD from Birmingham School of Law."

Is that a real place? I've heard the name, but is it located in a storage unit on Southside or something?

I know a woman who went there. She's doing well. Overall, though, it isn't a great law school.

For those that took the bar exam for the first time in Alabama in July 2025 95% that went to Bama passed it. 88% from Samford passed it. None from the Birmingham School of Law passed despite having more than any other school in the state.
Testing the draft waters would be a smart move, but actually staying in would be a terrible idea. If he can make a jump next like he did this year he might have a chance. He's almost tripled his minutes and increased his FG % while increasing his points about the same as his playing time. His FT % went from 46% to 70%. He had 7 blocks all last year but has had 8 or more multiple times this year.

He could be 1st team All SEC if he got a little better at finishing around the rim and rebounding. He would be one of the centerpieces to next year's team. I could see him averaging 16/10 next year and playing himself into the draft.
I think Sherrell has improved a lot. Hasn't been the case under Oats that a big man has improved that much. You see the guards get a lot better, but not the big men. Sherrell is the exception. I would not want to see him leave.

A DUI would have been far better.

A DUi puts other people at risk. This is worse for him in terms of legal and playing implications, but wasn't putting anyone in danger. It was also much, much dumber.

Yeah probably high 6 figures and might’ve been closer to 7 next year because he’d have been the face of the team.

I don't have any idea what Bama spends on the roster but I'd imagine he's making at least top 3 on the team. Anywhere from 200k-800k would be my guess, but no idea really. Selling drugs to supplement income when you're in the top 1% of income earners in the state already? Just retarded.
Holloway is making six figures, correct? What an absolute idiot.

16oz is enough to make hundreds of joints. That's not recreational unless you are some sort of serious addict. If he is, again, idiot.

It's got to be hard dealing with so many borderline retarded people as a coach. Hell, I have to do it and the stakes are non existent for me. Imagine Oats getting that call.

re: Miami Dolphins are releasing Tua

Tua was never 100% in the NFL. His first start at Bama saw him score a rushing TD with a QB sweep. He had several long rushing TDs. After the hip injury he wasn't the same. Still solid, but not as mobile.
I got mine in Shelby County at the Alabaster license location. I didn't have an appointment and I didn't take that long and I got the physical copy in the mail in 2-3 weeks or so.

This. Hell all gasoline in storage tanks was likely purchased prior to the war but they’ll raise prices anyways

Basic economics is lost on most people. If the supply drops and demand stays the same the price will go up. If the good was bought by sellers 5 minutes ago or 5 decades ago doesn't matter.

What the hell? I’m going to eat a shitload of crow. These guys are so resilient. Bravo.
If you’re upset or surprised you haven’t paid attention. This is how it always goes. Bama couldn’t beat these guys w/ Brandon Miller and company either. Don’t read too much into it. We struggle playing rugby.
I said it earlier this week that we just don’t match up with them. It’s like us vs MSU. We are always going to get our arse kicked by Tenneseee w/ very rare exception.

We play like we did last night then we will.

Tennessee doesn't play the same way State does. It's like playing a triple option team and then saying you should be good against an air raid team the next week.

This year Bama averages 93 point per game and goes 12/35 from 3. In the last 5 losses to Tennessee Bama is averaging 70 points per game and going 8/27 from 3. Tennessee doesn't let Bama play the way we play against MSU. It's always a dog fight. It's rugby on hardwood.

We are going to miss him against Tennessee.
I don't think we beat UT. This would be the one game left on the schedule I expect to lose. UT and UF are 2 SEC teams that have our number.

Oats saw how we looked when Sherrell fouled out and had to make another go of it.

Didnt the Rams draft the Ga qb who finally beat Bama in the NCG vs Bryce?

They drafted him in the 4th round. He's 28 and has never thrown a pass in the NFL. He is not their guy.

You can redshirt if you play a certain percentage of the season in a certain part of the season (generally speaking the first OOC part) I believe.

Not the case for basketball. They updated the rules for football a while back but other sports, like basketball, don't let you play any regular season competition and redshirt.

Holloway's FT percentage has to be close to perfect

He's 4th on the team in FT percentage. 83% but it feels like he's higher than that.

185 over/under is an insane number

Not insane enough!
Bama is 3-0 under Oats when scoring 115 points.
