If there was one team you could add to the SEC, who would it be?

I think I would have to choose Miami. Historic football program, decent baseball program. Plus, away games in Miami would be pretty cool as well

The University of the South. Sewanee. OM doesn't need more big schools to join.

The University of absolutely no one else

Free Shoes U is probably the best cultural fit.
Miami has the weirdest contrast between alumni and fans. Very esteemed private academic university with a very “urban” football fanbase.

I'd kick out Missouri, obviously

North Dakota State. I'd trailer my horses up there and ride the countryside all week. I might not even make it to the game.

Notre Dame. Instant rivalry status due to BK.

Would add 2 and drop 1 for a net 1 pickup. Would add Clemson and Florida State and drop Missouri.

That wouldn’t increase the revenue coming into the conference. Adding a single team from Virginia or North Carolina would increase revenue. Notre Dame would do the same, obviously.

I would add Colorado. Not much of threat, and I’d actually get to watch my team play out here on occasion, rather than traveling 800+ miles for any game.

If I had to pick just one, it would be Clemson.

It's about brands moving forward, I know that cable is still king but they are losing share of the market at a very high rate, besides this superconfere move is more about trimming the fat, if two conferences control all premium brands you band together a la nfl network then name your price

Hawaii. Not for SOS or eyeballs, but more for the trip.
They are easily the most "southern" state in the union and I see no reason to go north.

Hawaii. Our teams would get a nice vacation every few years.

I think UNC would be the biggest benefit to the conference. Increase the SEC presence in North Carolina tremendously.

The had a S.H.I.T. schedule and team last year. Their fans are so full of S.H.I.T that they call themselves THE S.H.I.T University. Their donors don't give S.H.I.T any money for their S.H.I.T. stadium even with their coach being a S.H.I.T. alumnus. We don't need S.H.I.T to make the SEC any better. But they are a perfect fit for the PAC-12 that has lost it's two S.H.I.T calibre teams to the BIG.

UNC is the best option, if only 1, but would add several ACC teams if our objective is footprint & eyeballs. Just don't see us adding only 1.
NC State also provides presence in North Carolina, but are better in a combo package with a UNC, Duke, Wake or even an NCST/FSU/Clemson deal.
I think we add 2 or 4 from ACC.
