think there is varying degrees of crowd work
You have traditional comedians like Pryor and Carlin.
You have some that did some crowd work like Jimmy Carr.
And you have some that only work the crowd like Matt Rife.
Think it just depends on your preference.

I use a personal card for corporate travel to collect miles. I charge probably $1500-$2,000 on it every two weeks for travel alone (Flight, Hotel, Car, food, etc.).
I probably also spend another 1,500-2,000 a month for bills that allow me to pay with a CC, and incidentals like groceries, gas, etc...
