Arizona has Jacobi Brissett as the designated starter but he is holding out.
They have Minshew as the back up.

I said this 2 months ago, but a guy on the NFL draft subreddit made a post stating he had a friend in the Rams organization, and that the Rams had guaranteed Ty that he would be their first round pick if he came out.
