Not in shambles, I’m glad to be wrong! I just hated for him, if things went differently.

Super happy he’s off the board early, it’s good for Bama too.

Absolute perfect outcome for Ty...goes higher than expected for a bigger rookie contract, plus he ends up in the perfect situation with the Rams.

Proud for him.

I'm watching on ABC...it'd be nice if they mentioned the current Alabama coach when a Bama guy is picked. Suffering through the Ohio St infomercial and all they do is praise Saban if he originally drafted the guy. Not sure how other channels did.

Overton would still be a solid pick for any team in the first round imo

Brailsford is gonna be a good player for somebody one day. Might take him a year to adjust to the NFL. His biggest problem is he can really only play center. But he will find a team.

I mean, almost every draft prediction had him going at the very last of the first round if at all on the first day, so I don’t think I was way off in being worried.

Also, some of you seem to think I was hoping Ty wouldn’t get drafted, which if you read the post wasn’t the case. Ah well, reading comprehension isn’t everyone’s strong suit.

That might be “the surprise” of round 1…good for Ty!
Props to Dan Orlovsky…he took a lot of heat for his belief in Ty as a top qb.

Good for Simpson. A lot of those gurus can suck it. And yeah I think he should have sat some of those games last year he was clearly hurt.

Perfect spot for him. Learning under the reining MVP veteran in Stafford and one of the top 3 best offensive minds in McVay. If he had been pushed into the starting role with the Jets or Cardinals his career might have been toast right off the bat

Rams fans are having s**t fits on Twitter because they wanted Makai Lemon of USC to help them “win right now” but this is a smart move. Stafford is 38 and I don’t think he’s going to be another Brady. You get your QB of the future in before your other guy falls off the cliff, you groom him and you let him see how it’s done in the pros and serve his apprenticeship, and he’s ready to go when it’s his time.

I’ve been there…twice. Hated the Aaron Rodgers pick and the Jordan Love pick because we were in our SB window with Favre and Rodgers at the time. Helps your franchise be good for a long time, but legit could cost a Super Bowl.

Booger had to crap all over Ty being picked at #13. Those corn dogs keep reminding me that they are Boogerville West.

I Like analysis and all but this opinion BS needs to be tempered on these guys. Teams pay people millions of dollars to scout and draft players based on team needs
