re: Post-Spring Transfer Portal Thread
Simpson had an incredible spring, Nick Sheridan was on my show last week and he said this about Ty’s performance this spring. “Ty has had a great spring” -Nick Sheridan
This made me laugh. It reminds me of my favorite Jameis quote: “Well I just think we were prepared. It’s like ...

It isn’t hard for his whole family to come from Georgia. Being practical, you’d save all your OVs for places you are interested in that are far away. Ideally I’d love to be his only OV and him to commit and shut it down. Is UGA one of his OVs? Because if so that would give me some worry. But if...

I know I’m in the minority on this, and didn’t voice my opinion because I don’t like being negative while layers are still on the team, but I am very ok with Walters hitting the portal. I think we can upgrade that position. His shooting was really good from the corner but he didn’t add much outside ...

Early in the year I told my brother I thought Estrada was my favorite on the team. More than a few missed lay ups dropped him down a couple of notches  but he’s still very under appreciated The truth is that most people don’t know ball. Certainly not the modern game. You see this with ...
Think it's different when it's a mid-major to high-major transfer situation.
That and also in all honesty I won’t really look at a Grant if he leaves after this year the same as I do some other guys either. I appreciate what he did here, but transferring in for a year and pretty mu...

We can definitely get the production elsewhere I’m sure. We’ll be fine. I liked Rylan’s game but I’m more disappointed that he’s leaving because I wanted to cheer for him. Same way I felt about JQ leaving. Obviously we didn’t have a problem replacing JQs production but what we missed out on is f...

Guys transfer in/commit to play this system specifically because it is very NBAesque and knowing we don’t do mid range shooting. Anyone who commits to Oats knows his system and wants to play in it. The transfers are all money or opportunity plays. ...

This is the tough part about enjoying the new normal of college sports. You really can’t enjoy or be a fan of the players anymore(especially in basketball) because it’s year to year. Even if they aren’t going pro they’re hoping around. Rylan was probably my favorite player this year. Last year Burne...

I divorced and me and my ex are still really good friends. Sometimes you’re good friends and not a great couple. Meanwhile, my current wife thinks I’m a fricking idiot most of the time but we make a good couple because I agree ...
