And let me say, that’s not even a judgement on people who aren’t part of a collective. Money is tight and we live in strange times.
It’s an indictment against the people who feel the need to constantly grandstand and say “I’ll be damned if I pay a single red cent so a 19 year old can play football at a college I spend hundreds of hours a year discussing and ignore my wife 15 weekends a year to get drunk and watch”

“I have been told” type post need to come with either a by who or a history of knowing this type shite. He literally turned down Texas(with presumably a much bigger NiL budget and a fancy new arena) a month ago.
I’m sure there will come a day where Nate Oats ends up coaching another basketball team at some level, but projecting frustration that he himself doesn’t seem to harbor is wild.
I do also wish we had a bigger NiL budget and our fans, who spend 25 hours a week on messaged boards discussing the teams, $250 on tickets to take the family to see us play Western Kentucky, $35 to park at a church a mile from BDS, $45 on a straw hat to cosplay as Nick Saban, and God knows how much on their mancave at home adorned with elephants carved out of genuine illegally imported elephant tusk they bought at Collinsville Trade Day…
But clutch pearls at the idea of being a small contributor of a collective to hold us over until there’s some regulations put on this shite.

Fun Fact: Jalil Bethea will be the top ranked player from the 2024 class still playing college basketball next year.

It’s actually they granted Max Scharnowski a medical redshirt and he’ll be back next year

If it was just for that I don’t know why they would fly into White Plains to go to Brooklyn and not LaGuardia or even Newark

Walter Camp does not do a mock draft, I think you're thinking of Walter Football, a different organization. One of the guys on the Walter Football mock draft is Antonio Kite, so take that draft with a huge grain of sail
If they have Kite as a first rounder it might be Walter White football. Meaning they’re smoking meth.

Remember when Isaiah Bond transferred to Texas because he thought playing with Ewers would help him get drafted? Maybe they can play in the UFL together.

I would think both. Coward can play 4 or 3. Rylan can play 3 or 2(not that we need more 2s).
Wrightsell is also just a huge question mark. Long wings who are athletic, can defend, and shoot pretty well are pretty plug and playable. Take em both and if Rylan gets mad about minutes he can transfer again

If he isn’t developing in the nba then he wasn’t going to magically become a better nba player by staying another year in college.
If you get a lottery type grade then you go and hope you land in a good situation. There was also no NiL back then. He made the right call.

 for real. Why the hell would he need to visit?
It would be cool to get him back. We’ll need him more this year than we would’ve last year so it was like a loan to Kansas and it’s always nice to have guys want to come back.
