Ty is probably in as good of a situation he could ask for. He’s not expected to start right away so he can work on his body and learn the ropes by watching Stafford make another go or two at winning it all.

25 million is no doubt a good place. Set for life unless he isn't good with money.

No, because you just fabricated it.

No one wanted Ty gone.

Some, myself included, thought Ty might need to sit late last year because we were watching him in agonizing pain on the sidelines and he was very limited as a result on the field at times.

McVay is being a little bitch arse about the pick though. I mean, I can see why he'd be frustrated because it seems like maybe there wasnt much communication between him and Snead on the pick considering Mcvay claimed he hadnt done any "homework" on Ty, but regardless, that was the pick the org wanted. He needs to put on his big boy pants, accept it, and embrace Ty as the potential future, and not act overtly perturbed about it. Bad look.

So, here's the thing, McVay looked perfectly happy when they called Simpson to make the pick. He had a big smile on his face. But controversy sells, so no one is talking about that.

Congrats to Ty and wish him much success. He needs a couple years to develop and what better situation than behind a future HOF in LA.

The fact that we currently have 6 qbs (counting Hurts) in the NFL is insane,
especially with 4 going first round…going as top 15 picks.
