SEC Network analyst Cole Cubelic revealed his top five quarterbacks last week and pegged LSU quarterback Max Johnson at No. 3 behind Georiga's JT Daniels and Ole Miss' Matt Corral.

Notably left off the list was LSU quarterback Myles Brennan.

Myles Brennan will be our 2021SR QB end of story. Max Johnson will QB next year 2022JR-He will have 1 year to prove himself--if he doesn't Nuss will take over. Garrett Nussmeier will sit out 2021FR-2022SO and start 2023JR depending on if he comes back maybe 2024SR QB. then Walker (2023FR-2024SO Learn) starts 2025jr-2026sr. Unless one of Nuss or Walker is just plain amazing QB his FR and SO year and wins QB title.

Myles is a good kid and thankful he’s stuck with LSU. We have some other great QBs on the roster. The best QB will play. Trust in Oeaux.

Im going with O, the difference maker for me is Max is able to run for positive yardage and unless Myles has improved in that area, its Max's job to lose. As a QB you sometimes have to tuck and run for that 3rd down first down.

Dude, Myles was throwing for over 400 yards each game. Our D killed him. Max was throwing for 200 yards besides UF with 54% completion percentage but D helped him.

If you have 2 starting QBs, you have none. You need 1 clear-cut starter. Make that decision and roll with it. The others fall in line or they transfer.
