Will be definitely getting an EV for the wife when it’s time in the next 1-2 years. It’s a no brainer if you’re just driving around town.

I’ve been in a strip club by association maybe 3 times in my life. The misery and desperation observed is pretty depressing. I couldn’t imagine the scene in a town like Lake Charles.

Around 40ish. Will be retiring at the end of the month at 49 and hoping to get some motivation in life back. Was supposed to retire at the end of the year but can’t make it. The corporate world just sucks any true happiness right out of you.

People wise, Dallas never stops competing with the $30,000 millionaire. Have fun wearing a full suit to drive your 300 series BMW out on a weekend night. Houston seems more down to earth, good hearted people.
If you like freshwater fishing Dallas has more and better lakes. Houston more for offshore. With that said, I’ve caught multiple 10+lbers on Conroe but it’s a grind to fish.
Restaurants, nightlife are the same. Suburbs are the same outside the pretentiousness of Dallas.
Both are major hub airports.
Cowboys play the Texans this week FWIW.

The Stack swing speed system has helped me tremendously with the driver. Not sure if it’s the training as much as it is the feedback on my swings and learning what is actually fast. Either way, considering all the bullshite you can spend money on, it’s been worth every dime.

The only thing trashier than paying to stay at a casino not in Vegas is pulling an RV to Lake Charles and sleeping in the parking lot of a casino.
