I do this weekly but with “fresh shrimp” with heads. Season your water, bring to boil, dump shrimp in, when it comes back up to a boil, boil for 60 seconds, cut off the heat, put in some frozen ears of corn and let soak for 15-20minutes. ...

Why so hostile? I think we have a big enough sample size to realize Zion’s health will always be an issue. ANT has a proven track record and is only getting better. There is no way Zion will be a top ten of all time. I’d be happy with him being a top ten player of this year....

I think to only truly get a maintenance calorie count would be to know your BMR plus your burnt calories for the day.
A 200lb with a percent body fat of 40 and sedentary lifestyle is going to be much different than a 200lb guy with a 8% body fat that’s a gym rat....
