IS this legit? I would take Kyle Allen in our offense in a heartbeat...(not admitting he is better than BH but he is a damn good qb). He had a bad game...all qb's have a bad game.
FWIW I don't think Kyler Murray will be a good qb in the sec...not unless he builds up some arm strength/efficiency. He looks like he has a noodle arm and would die in your offense. Just an unbiased opinion

So a blatant troll thread from an ark mate is allowed. Pretty sure he should walk the plank for that shiz.

There was not and will not be a more predictable fail than Allen's versus Alabama.
Us
1) Poor OL protection (not as awful as I thought it would be, admittedly, but still well below average)
2) No running game whatsoever to support him
3) Lack of experience (meaning he's still only in his second year with the team)
And now Alabama
4) The best front seven in CFB this year (maybe the best front seven in years) going up against his OL
5) One of the premier defensive brain trusts in college football with Saban + Smart
6) Depth, experience, and an established system. Saban doesn't play anybody unless they're ready and until they know the system like the back of their hands. Reuben Foster, a top 10 recruit in the country from 2013 who had a freakish jaw-dropping highlight reel, played special teams his first 2 years because he wasn't ready.
So you give a true sophomore (that's still REALLY young for a college QB) poor protection and no run game support, and then tell him to do everything and win the game by himself against the best defense in the country. That ends poorly 100x out of 100. Anybody surprised wasn't living in reality leading up to the game.

BTW I don't write that as a retort to the OP, but there's been a lot of discussion as to whether Kyle can get it done.

Nvm... Someone already posted it. I will say, I love Kyler, but Kyle is also just a true Sophomore so there's still plenty of time to grow.

This is weak. Talk about his play, attitude, etc. Don't just talk shite.

He's inaccurate, Charmin soft and mentally weak. He has terrible footwork, rarely sets his feet, has one of the longest wide-ups I've ever seen and doesn't go through his progressions.
It's time to let Kyler learn on the fly.
