The arrogance of your school and its fanbase knows no bounds. I hate your pussy arse, liberal school and your self inflated athletic program more than words can describe.

As much as you love to brag about Austin, reality is it's a homeless infested cesspool that belongs in California. Your fake cowboys shite is hilarious, all hat no cattle has never been more true.

Gilbert is a certified pussy. Reason he's no longer at A&M

Points Scored: 35

Nussmeier TDs Thrown: 2
Nussmeier INTs Thrown: 5

Teams Quitting on Brian Kelly: 1

But claiming 39 while pretending like he worked some miracle and all that is bullshite.

They also love touting that Kelly doesn't like the portal because of culture, development, team, etc. Which is a complete loser mentality and shows LSU is falling behind the new normal of college football.

Reality is, whenever a fanbase is having to goaltend this much for a coach, he's probably not the answer.

How can you possibly use this as an excuse in Year 3 with the transfer portal? Word is out that BK drops f bombs the entire game and passes blame to everyone but himself.

There won't be an LSU response in this thread because they know it's true.

Les Miles' record stacks up favorably with pretty much every coach over the past 20 years of the SEC, other than Saban and Smart.

In a lot of ways, Miles and Coach O proved that LSU sells itself and championships should be the expectation. However, it seems like BK is slowly changing LSU fan expectations.

I liked Les Miles. He was cooky and won games.

Agreed. And had a super physical football team that wore you down. BK on the other hand is clearly sunsetting with another Scott Woodward contract special.

Bo Nix had a reputation as a checkdown merchant too. Wonder how he’s doing these days.

He has exceled since leaving Auburn.

Now we're being mocked by A&M. Who's next, Vanderbilt?

I wouldn't say mocked. Just pointing out a massive shift in how LSU plays. The all finesse and no run game is a strange site for LSU.

But now we're back to the fact that A&M was supposedly whipping LSU on the line of scrimmage but had barely even touched Nuss up until LSU was in obvious passing downs.

I know LSU struggles under Kelly with this concept, but the game is 4 quarters. Congrats on your halftime lead. Nuss was picking grass out of his helmet most of the second half.

And why were you in obvious passing downs? Because you couldn't run the ball worth a shite. Our DL was manhandling your OL. Which goes back to my OP. For the first six years in the SEC, your RBs weren't getting touched the first 5 yards.

Has Kelly changed your recruiting approach? I'm honestly asking. Because seeing LSU so soft in the trenches is a weird sight.

As for the run game, that's been a common theme this year.

This physical dominance thing is revisionist history, LSU just had no answer for Reed.

You can't be serious. Were LSU's WRs better than our DBs on quick routes? Yes absolutely. But you couldn't run the ball or stop the run essentially the entire game.

quote:

A&M barely touched Nuss, until it became obvious passing situations every down.

Nuss was ready to quit by the end of the game. And almost all downs were obvious passing downs - you averaged one yard per rush.

What has happened to LSU's Physical MO?

Posted by TexasAg13 on 10/28/24 at 9:06 am
Forever, LSU has been known as an extremely physical football team. A&M felt it for many years after joining the SEC. I remember watching LSU absolutely dominate A&M on the LOS and in the open field.

Fast forward to recent years, and it does my heart good how much the script has flipped. LSU is soft. Both lines for A&M whipped the shite out of LSU. Over 200 yards rushing vs. ~20 yards. Your 1st round offensive tackles were revolving doors.

Is this a Brian Kelly issue? Has he historically had soft teams? This would highly concern me as an LSU fan - physical football has always been synonymous with LSU and they have been Charmin soft under your coach.
