I'm wondering why they didn't even attempt to run him (in fact, I think he had the longest run from scrimmage all day).

I said after the Arky game that I don't think Kyle's it and I didn't like him moving forward and got reamed for it.

Validation bitches.

You really think Murray will give us a better chance to win games? The kid isn't ready for the SEC yet, he should have been redshirted.

Quarterbacks have bad games, this was Kyle's first truly bad game. Yes is concerning that it came after two week of preparation but tap the brakes, it was one game. If he comes out flat against ole miss, then we have a problem.

Y'all are so desperate for Murray to be manziel 2.0, I feel bad for the kid that if he doesn't live up to expectations how quickly our fan base will likely turn on him too.

Kyle lost that game for us. Kyler cannot do worse than that.

Kylar had a fumble and an int. he was obviously terrified out there.

Allen has one bad game and you want to throw him out? Really? Bama had 5 turnovers last game, it happens.

Kyle choked in the spotlight. He seemed too hype and sailed his balls which put us in a huge hole. He then proceeded to get hurt and play through it, poorly, but he gutted it out.

Kyler has had some opportunities, but I think its clear that he is not ready for big time college football yet. He doesn't know how to look off a safety, puts way too much air under the ball, and doesn't make reads quickly at all. I don't blame him at all. He's a true fish who hasn't even gone through a spring yet.

Its not sunshine pumpers vs pot bangers. Its not fricking retards vs Biscuit. Have some perspective and don't be so small minded.

Ok who should we play, don't tell me Kyler. Kyler is nowhere near ready to play. Kyle had a bad game, I blame the oline for it. You'd be happy footed and throwing shitty passes too if you were running for your life. Kyler is not JFF and believing he is will get him killed.

It really isn't his fault.

We lost the game because we can't run the ball or stop the run. We put the whole offense on his arm against the most talented defense in college football. He played the whole game desperate to catch up, desperate to make plays, and he did good enough to keep that game from being the blowout it looked like it was going to be.

Look, I just want to see competent play from the QB position, after that display yesterday. Still marveling at how Allen could overthrow RSJ on one of his Pick 6s in the red zone. Ricky is around 6'5" or so, right? And he overthrew him...

We can't trust Allen and Murray doesn't look ready. I suspect the staff will go with Allen at Ole Miss. But that's more a result of where Murray is than a vote of confidence in Allen.

I would rather lose every game the rest of the year with Kyler than win them with Kyle. That will insure that Kyler is "ready to play" next year.

What, are you drunk? Come on WBS, Kyler is going to be a good QB in 2017, he needs to get bigger and learn the game at college speed. Just because he was all world against his high school competition doesn't make him college ready. Allen played over his head last year and this year he's back to earth, he's a good QB who had a rough game and you're ready to toss him aside for an unproven commodity. Jeeze I thought I was a pessimist.

Kyler is nowhere near ready to play. I would rather lose every game the rest of the year with Kyler than win them with Kyle. That will insure that Kyler is "ready to play" next year.
Wow.

It is unfair in the extreme to blame Kyle Allen for the "three pick-6s." Blame him for the interceptions. He clearly deserves it on two of them, though could argue with some justification that the third was not remotely his fault. But the "six" element is not all on him. The interception returns were ridiculous. I think the Lady Aggie volleyball team would have done a better job pursuing and tackling than our offensive squad.

Anyway, one QB had a very bad game -- 50% completions (20/40) and 3 interceptions (15% of his attempts were intercepted). He got hurt and played through the injury. He fouled up, but he kept trying.

The other QB also had a bad game -- 50% completions (2/4) and 1 interception (25% of his attempts were intercepted). After throwing the interception, he stood in the backfield shaking his head, rather than attempting to cover the interception return. In other words, he fouled up, and he quit playing.

Based upon one game only, I take the first QB every time.

No one should lose his spot over a single bad game against one of the best teams in football.

Dude I hope you are still drunk because that is retarded.

I think Allen was clearly pressing, but he still made some plays. The offense has fallen completely on the QBs shoulders this year. You think Murray is ready for that kind of pressure? He has played worse than Allen.

We have a pretty good shot at a 10 win season with KA at QB.

Five fricking retards in one thread.

With Kyle, we might as well run the Reggie McNeal special, weak side option on every play.

I'm not necessarily saying he shouldn't play again, but I will say he played worse yesterday than Kenny Hill ever did.

Our OL was not ready for Bama's front 7 AT ALL. Kyle got hit hard early and was shook the rest of the game.
