That UGA clip was a blast from the past

I sure hope things turned out okay for that poor kid. It was tough to watch. Hate seeing players get injured in their prime.

Wait. What? Say that again?

Vols didn’t lose 16 guys off the O from last year. Not the same.

Technically, no. It is not illegal for a DB to come downhill and make a tackle

Aha, you're retarded.

I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Shoot, we may even keep the UT offense under 30 if our offense doesn't turn the ball over.

You should be punished for having such a bad defense last year. We should be able to transfer some of last years points to this year cause your defense was so incredibly bad last year. Worst defense I’ve ever seen in a major college football game. I think we could have scored on every single play if we would have tried.

Pitt held Tennessee to 91 rushing yards this season (tenn scored 27 points in regulation). 136 rushing yards last season (Tennessee scored 34 points @ Pitt).

Pitt was doing something right, I guess. Here are the incompletions thrown by Hooker in each game this season.

Ball St - 7
Pitt - 15
Akron - 4
Florida - 6
LSU - 10
Bama - 9
UT Martin - 6
UK - 6

Hooker had 50% more incompletions against Pitt than he had in the 2nd highest game (LSU). How many were drops in open coverage vs how many were contested by press coverage. Whatever Pitt did to get UT to drop or miss passes was the difference maker in that game.

Tennessee 's offense didn't really start clicking on all cylinders until the LSU game this year.

Pitt stopped the run game and pressured in passing situations.

Hooker isn't as accurate on the move (a lot of these are hitting receivers in rhythm)

Leonard Floyd? I don't know what happened to him. I agree. I hope he turned out OK.

I get it. Vols @ Mizzou 2021 = relevant.

UGA @ Vols 2021 = irrelevant. That was Different.

Go back to a 4-3. Play nickel or dime, depending on the number of WRs. Pick how many safeties you want over the top, and man up against the WRs.

And for crying out loud, stop dropping LBs back to defend green grass. Once the pass is read, attack. Or spy. But quit dropping back in zone.

Saban's hallmark were dominant because they were employed against cave man offenses

They worked because he had the best talent in the country stacked two deep at these positions…..and had some pretty good coaches to utilize that talent.

Now he’s had his own coaching carousel to deal with and doesn’t get all of the talent. You c an scheme against one guy if you have good players….you can’t scheme against everyone on the line and the LBs.
