Yeah for me Florida will always be Steve-O. Took me built the hell out of that Florida program.

Fun Fact ... for all the talent in Florida ? The Gators have kicked arse under exactly two coaches. Steve Superior and Urban Drag a Finger Up Her Meyer.

I think for Alabama it has to be Broadway Joe.

Depends on the generation. Those before me would say Namath or Thomas, but Courtney Upshaw IS Alabama football to me

You guys get to claim Bear Bryant’s only Heisman winner and Johnny is who you go with- interesting.

Bo Jackson with an honorable mention to Sir Barkley.

As a Bama fan I agree. Chuck has stayed in the spotlight more than Bo and is a cool guy but Bo just screams Auburn. Would have been/could have been a Hall of Famer in two sports. Nobody like him. “Bo Knows” was iconic. Plus he’s just a good dude.

lol we’ve had more successful players in the pros no doubt but Johnny is undisputedly the “most famous” player by the general public. Maybe more infamous than iconic

This is fact.

Ray Graves had a 70-31-4 record at UF
9/10 winning seasons...he kicked some arse along the way and so did Galen Hall (40-18 with 2 SEC best finishes + SECC).
