Is there any particular reason we would hesitate to execute a Kenyan national convicted of capital crimes within U.S. territory? Maybe you meant that he would flee to Kenya. If it was simply a discussion I don't expect anyone but the AD himself would be informed. I'm not familiar with y'all's AD but I doubt if he's petty enough to leak that over someone who's not actively involved with the season.
