Have you read Anne Rice's The Witching Hour? Julien Mayfair ranks high among my favorite fictional characters of all time.
The Feast of All Saints is another of her best. She really brings historical New Orleans to life in all its creepy, decrepit glory.

I liked her as a player because of her ferocious, non-stop effort and now like her even more as a coach because of who hates her.

Shutting down Clark isn't the Iowa game plan. We didn't do much of that in the title game either. We shut down everyone around Clark.
Exactly. Make her exhaust herself keeping them in the game and then blow them out late....

I've lived all over working the oilfield and 1.42% just doesn't match my experiences. It's significantly higher than that. Maybe they're confusing "unmarried" with "never married/no kids"?...
everybody is downplaying the distraction that this Mulkey drama is causing
You really can't predict how that's going to play within the team. It could very well sharpen the focus in that "us against the world" way.
But UCLA and S Car are the big hurdles. Iowa doesn't worry me ...

There's also the Vile Left's traditional tactic of simply ignoring the law and counting them anyway. What consequences are there for kicking the poll watchers out and illegally resuming the count like they did in 2020...

Hell, give him a nice surround-sound setup and put some Taylor Swift on a 24-7 loop. Or maybe The View. Actually, what was that HBO series where the fat girl insisted on getting naked?...

That doesn't necessarily mean that they won't extradite. It just means that they consider it case by case rather than by a pre-determined criteria....

I've known people who have dealt with squatter's without the harrowing ordeal that you read about on here. You need to retake physical possession of the house before the police arrive. Once they do the person inside the house is holding all the cards. There are usually retired LE who work part-time ...

What you call "my math" is the most objective view. I guess you could argue '68 or '69 but that wouldn't affect the Big VI. Or do you disagree that integration was the watershed moment in college sports history?...

It's a subjective subject. Teams tend to start counting when they do their best playing. Florida would only be interested in 1992 forward.
I think it's fair to count integration as the dawn of modern college sports. So by 1970 it was a done deal for the entire SEC?
