Pete's been the mastermind behind Ole Miss' success pank. We all know this.

If Simmons has a higher ceiling, anything less than a CFP for Pete moving forward should be a disappointment for Reb fans.

It's crazy how Ole Miss had all these better players and mastermind coaches behind the scenes all of the sudden.
I disagree. I think Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, and even Texas have a much better shot at winning it all than Tulane or James Madison.

I get there are bylaws, but there is something wrong when the committee says JMU and Tulane are 24 and 25 in the country when ranking the teams straight up, but they both get thrusted ahead because of the weak conference they play in. That will never sit well with me.

Make it 16 teams, rank them 1-16 and spot the ball. No byes, no automatic qualifiers.

Auburn getting pillaged by tLandmass. First Womack, now Jase. Is Golesh already on the hot seat?

It's ok HJJ. You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

But more well known for planting the seed that brought TA into this world.

I'm not gonna entertain your fantasy world where Pete was actually the mastermind behind Lane's success at Ole Miss.

You watched Lane build the program right before your eyes, and yet you still have no idea how program building works.

What was Lane’s record pre PG as compared to to after PG arrived?

Having a young talented QB going to bat for the coach and program certainly goes a long way as well.

For example, if you watched our Florida game this year, I'm not so certain that he wasn't trying to frick us. Those calls were questionable. I'm glad our D stood up and got us the win.

You're better than this, Landmass. Y'all won that game by 10 points.

Y'all are not going to implode with Pete and keeping continuity was the right call, but don't sit here and try to convince me or anyone else with your revisionist history that Lane shouldn't get 95% of the credit for building Ole Miss into what you are today. Y'all were 20-28 in the 4 years prior.

I think we won in spite of him a lot.

Ole Miss has 5 decommits in the last 4 days.

Class currently behind State, which is an indictment in and of itself.
Ole Miss "processing" a handful of blue chip 4 star recruits is the laugh I needed today.
