Vegas odds on LSU coach

Posted by RTRnFlorida on 11/12/25 at 11:56 am
Honestly, if this happens I will give a ton of Kudos to LSU. It would shock me if This happens, but Vegas rarely loses.

They now have highest odds that Saban is LSU bound. Someone on the inside is talking so there seems to be movement.

And now the party begins lol

LSU is saying they still haven’t let him go according to the schools attorneys

That’s one out 100. Keep going.

Any WR, QB’s, DB’s from this year or last year?

Also, make no mistake a LB playing against average competition and building up stats, will never go number one.
What’s even more amazing is the hope and solidarity with that proposed synopsis. LSU fans are at a lost.

It will be magical when both of their ONLY two options don’t work out.

That’s called DEI. You just have a few on the team to make it “look” like you are a local school.

Name me a starter or an impact player. Please we’ll wait.
As long as they keep buying Bama players and 97 transfers… there’s no need for them to fire a coach.

They have like one kid on the team from Ohio. .

re: SEC CG scenario

What would be their tie breaker since they didn’t play Bama, Georgia or Ole Miss?

Unless it’s Texas? What if they lose to SC this weekend?

So Texas would have to beat yall this weekend and then beat the Aggies and they would be in the SEC CG game because they would hold the tie breaker over the Aggies.

SEC CG scenario

Is there a scenario that BAMA or the Aggies don’t make it, other than them losing the last two SEC games?

Both are the only undefeated teams, so if both win this weekend, are they both in?

Bama loses one, but holds tie breaker over Georgia? If Aggies lose to Texas or SC, do they still get in?

Not sure I understand the scenario since 5 teams have one loss or are undefeated.
The 7 day notice is something I saw too, but make no mistake, there is language regarding the notice. No attorney accepts deals that are one sided. There are always wiggle room to “not pay”. And we don’t really know when he was “fired” except what ESPN said. It’s hard to know when the AD walked in and said, you’re done.

I do agree with you though, LSU regardless of the outcome is cooked, and this will not bode well for them.
Of course it does. As an attorney I can tell you, it’s not one sided. Contracts are never sealed and done deals.

It’s like non compete clauses. They rarely hold up.
Do you feel that is LSU’s standard? Employees are relived of their position all the time, based upon standards, even if they “feel” they've done a good job. Maybe that did, or maybe the boss didn’t think they were. Either way, standards are arbitrary and can be determined based upon substantial evaluations.

Meaning in its simplest terms; have you completed the process or “substantially completed the process”.

Legally standards are argumentative and I will assume based upon what’s happened, He will want to negotiate, but his attorneys probably won’t allow him to, because they’ll get 40% of whatever he takes home.

It’s not his salary, but his buyout in case he’s fired. He had a for clause contract with stipulations. His contract read; said employee can be terminated for a serious and legitimate reason, such as violating company policy, committing misconduct, or failing to meet job performance standards despite warnings.

They are trying to swing the latter.

BK sucked and didn’t hold up to anticipated performance standards.

Daaanng..

Calling em out.. love it
I see what you did there? Setting your self up for when you lose to them soon
We will run 150+ on the ground. Best VEgas on it.

And if Arch had a good game against the boomers, Simpson is bound to have one.

Our defense is not great, although against LSU and other teams, they’ve really kept us in the game with chances to win.

Mateer will be healthy, so this Will be fun
Good dunker = correct.

Best player on his own team? No.

Best player in his conference? Not top 50 probably.

So decent player on a mediocre team? Got it

No he’s implying… losses to OU and Aggies in the SEC game, do they still get in

If he sucks at coaching, would this firing be “for cause”?
