This was discussed some time ago, when some Utrans fan said that football was built around the state of Texas California and Florida. Louisiana, The sip, Bama and Jawga produce a massive amount of NFL talent, especially when you consider the states populations

His stats are the same or very close to comparable to Tua’s and he’s been labeled as average. So yea.. he’s good but not great.

Mendoza will be forgotten in the NFL soon. Too many lob throws to succeed in the NFL, it’s why he didn’t throw at his pro day. He needs the feel good story. He’s a tough player, very motivated, and smart, but his arm is not great.
Simpson is a good QB, and everyone in the country thought either him or the OU QB was winning the heisman, hands down. He couldn’t stay healthy with Bamas terrible o line.
Week 12 nobody was taking about Mendoza because his stats where average at best and they hadn’t beat anyone until the beat OSU. I wish we could have traded schedules with Indiana. I could only imagine how good players would have looked that played the teams they did week in and week out.
The NFL is all about a system. If you get into a system that fits you, there’s a chance, both of them do well. But if they don’t have a system that fits their strengths, or a lot of talent around them, they will fail.

Used to be 5 to play 4, once you enrolled. That was with one redshirt or grey shirt. Oldest kid on the team was usually 22ish
Then it became 6 to play 4, with one grey and redshirt. Oldest kid was 23 ish
Then covid happen and and extra year was given so now kids are 24 which is crazy.
It all needs to change for sure

The last time you even went to a NC game, was in what… 1979 and you were getting spanked by who?.. oh AlaFreakingBama. Yes you made it to the CWS game where you dropped your vulva and the ball and you ended up losing the series, but you are not any level above our program and we are average or slightly above at best.
