I can’t wait until the reason for postponement comes out 
They don’t want this to actually get in front of a judge… How many fricking times can the same cartel be proven wrong?

It would be a non-starter for any school to suspend its coach based on the circumstances.

This isnt a criminal case nor is there monetary gain from this particular case. There isn't a settlement. Its either Sankey shuts tf up and drops the case on behalf of the SEC or the SEC has to prove that they have evidence to support the their non existent case. The judge probably asked for the evidence and the SEC couldn't produce any so they got a continuance trying to figure it out. They figured they could argue intent with the 2 roster spots open and now thats not the case.

Whether or not LSU, Arky, Bama, aTm, etc., is the defendant is irrelevant. Hell, whether or not they did anything wrong is irrelevant.
The whole point is to show that punishment CAN be done.

It has everything to do with whether or not the SEC can discipline member institutions for infractions that the NCAA could not discipline for.
LSU giving in should have no impact on whether that determination goes ahead.
This doesn’t make sense.
Even if LSU fully gave in, it still would not have legal support to discipline when a team does something supported by the courts.

You’re about to accidentally figure out what we’ve been trying to tell you this whole time.
Losing this lawsuit would mean they would never have any license to punish anyone, ever.
This was a Hail Mary by the SEC, and they clearly decided it’s best not to continue forward.

Part of the hearing today was the SEC gaining ability to self govern and block state courts.
LSU isn't agreeing to a suspension and if the SEC tries to slip one in, LSU will obviously take the SEC back to court to fight it or just ignore it.
Nothing of substance will happen to LSU or Kiffin.
