Shute became an early pioneer in mma. Had a nice little run as a giant killer in Pride until he washed up due to a pain killer addiction. He’s clean now and speaks to high schools and wrestling camps throughout the Pacific NW about sobriety as much as he can.

Andrew Zimmern was interviewed on the Outside podcast and named Bourgeois jerky as his favorite outdoors snack. It is definitely good stuff.

Bryan from the Adam Carolla Podcast passed away on Friday. For those who do t listen w to the podcast, he’s been battling cancer for 20 years or so leaves behind a wife and daughter.
