Libs root against America everyday with their fricked up policies, so nothing new.

His NIL was due in full Jan 1st. Tech might be able to recoup some of it but they aren’t taking it all back. This is karma for how they treated Mike Leach.
I would hope a standard NIL contract would have something written in it for this very instance or you know killing somrone before the season to protect the colleges. But these are dumass adults giving out this money to begin with.

I’m sure they could refuse to pay him but I’m guessing they told him to leave and he could keep the money to get out of this headache.
He’s not going to get paid any where close to that in the NFL.

Did she really get raped or claim it to get out of cheating?
No it wasn’t cheating. It’s hard to believe but I pulled the news article up about it years ago. I guess his junk was about the same as her husbands. Still don’t know how the wife couldn’t tell the difference. She must’ve been pretty drunk. The guy had a past conviction for a sex offense before going off memory.

Had a lawyer friend tell me this story. Neighborhood party, lots of drinking. Guys wife leaves the party pretty drunk and goes home early by herself. Husband stays at the party drinking and having fun. Another neighbor leaves about 30 mins later, sneaks over to the guys house and has sex with her and then leaves and goes back to the party like nothing happened.
Husband eventually comes home, wakes her to try and get some himself. She gets all mad and tells him he’s not getting it again tonite. He hads no idea what she’s talking about and they have a huge argument.
They ended up having a nanny cam inside the house and sure enough the neighbor down the street is caught sneaking in the house and leaving a short time later.
Dude gets arrested and convicted for rape and had to do ten years.

Yup, they shoukd make stealing legal. Didn’t California do this and it worked out great? We had 1k candy bars at the stores. Insurance will pay for all of it. Brilliant idea.

I’ve heard the school has a rougher element than it used to and that it isn’t as good a place to attend as the test scores would indicate. BUT. I’m coming at this from an outsider perspective and hearing this third hand since the people I know with kids in the system aren’t close with me anymore.
I have first hand knowledge of the school. It’s a public high school. They have fights, weed smoking in the bathroom, and such every so often but it’s from the usual suspects of course.
Unless you want to drop down thousands for one of the private schools in the BR area, Dutchtown and the P’ville High school and feeder schools to them are about the best you can get as for a public schools go.
If you move to Ascension, just stay away from the EA HS and feeder schools. Id rank the other two over St Amant also.

You think he was going to re-sign with us? We have Murray and Fears.,
The return sucked but he was leaving. I hated Dumars trade for Queen but he made the right call here to get something.
Instead of getting 2nds, he shoukd have got us a more useful player for this year. But not sure who that could be.
