And the two most important people in the SEC office related to football are both UA alumni. But yeah, there's no way there's any conflict of interest at all.

The centrality argument may have made sense when email didn't exist. It should be in a melting pot major market like Atlanta, to (1) attract the best people and (2) avoid the appearance of impropriety.

Literally, the dumbest fanbase I've ever interacted with.

Pot meet kettle. Think a little bit more critically about it. See post above.

Atlanta makes the most sense. All SEC schools have an easier flight itinerary to ATL than to B'ham if we're being honest.

But like you said, even travel is moot as email and teleconferences are how the coaches and ADs conduct business now with exception of media days. It's not like they're schlepping to B'ham to meet weekly in person.

Ignore Teague. Every post of his is brimming with anger and resentment for some reason.

I can believe that. The NCAA is just as guilty too. I wouldn't be surprised if Alabama plays Clemson in the playoffs. Last year's matchup wasn't done by accident.

And of course that's just another of many examples Alabama uses to win close games. The SEC Officials blantly favor Alabama in football games and instead of the SEC denying it, they're just upset that they are being called out on it.

Well if the SEC Officials wont do anything maybe your AD should do something. As a matter of fact, why hasnt he?

The penalty stats prove the exact opposite and they have been posted several times. You idiots just ignore facts that don’t fit your crybaby narrative.

Jesus. Titty. fricking. Christ.
Where would you like it located in the Southeast given the proximity to SEC schools?
Atlanta = Nope, UGA is 45 mins away.
Augusta = Nope, about an hour away from UGA and USC.
Birmingham = Nope, current location and 45 mins away from Bama
Montgomery = Nope, still about 1.5 hrs from Tuscaloosa
Jacksonville = Nope, a mere 1.5 hr drive to Gainesville

Seriously, where frick would you like it located given where the SEC schools are located?
-Orlando, Tampa and Miami don't make sense geographically.
-Neither does Mobile or Jackson
-Neither does Nashville or Memphis really

Sweet shite. You guys are like the flat earthers hanging around each other spewing shite and believing it further and further.

Quick question: Where the frick was this theory in 1993 -2007? I'll hang up and listen.

Holy cow, dude! YOU, my friend, are spot on and I just realized something...

BAMA is the Dim-ocratic Party of the SEC... all they care about is staying in power, and they don’t care if they have to lie, cheat, or steal to try and keep it... and their fan base are just a bunch of retarded sheep who just Baaaah when and how loud they’re told to, but don’t have an independent thought or half-a-brain to share between them all.... the similarities are undeniable and disturbing.

A) Bham used to be bigger than Atlanta before Delta come to the ATL.
B) Let's move it to ATL then, however, is UGA already good or did they get good because the SEC offices are now located there?

You're going to find a conspiracy or a reason to piss and moan no matter what. The conspiracy theories would just morph to "Well, I know why UGA is playing in the SEC champ game every year", completely glossing over them already being established by a good coach and better recruiting.

Move it back to Jackson MS where it originally was before Bama moved it to Birmingham to favor the officials.

We can keep tradition in tact, and Jackson certainly doesn't favor any team.

put it in Nashville
or Little Rock
or Jackson
or any of the bottom of the league schools
or rotate it amongst them

new rule: no sec school's alumni can hold office

no sec official/referee allowed to be from any sec school's alumni

don't allow it to remain in Alabama they don't deserve it and they've had a stranglehold on this league for far far far too long

I’m... not sure what kind of response you want? I mean, hard numbers indicating that Alabama is actually victimized by the refs, and not helped by them, would seem to be a significant piece of evidence, but of course you ignore that because it doesn’t further your narrative. Instead, you insist that the refs can actually see into the future and magically know when it is ok to call penalties against Bama because it isn’t a “key moment in the game” and when it is. Then you cherry pick bad calls and demand an explanation. So Ridley should have been called out of bounds on that play? I mean, was it so obviously clear-cut that collusion is the absolute only conclusion, or was it just - inexplicably - a judgment call that didn’t go the way you wanted it to? Same with the Devin White hit. You want an explanation? These are judgment calls made by people who are not you, and who are also fallible. Seems pretty cut-and-dry to me. As for the Davis-vs.-White argument, in one situation, the league has leeway as to what penalty they will enforce. In the other, they have no leeway, because the NCAA wrote a bad rule. Is what White did more deserving of suspension than what Davis did? Absolutely not! But they have no option with White because of the way the targeting rule is written. It’s stupid, but go complain to the NCAA about their rules, not to the SEC office about collusion.
