One thing I noticed and is a bit of a commentary of society is that the crowd wouldn’t really get going until they were cued to do so. Fairly tame until “it’s third doooownnn!” came out of the PA. That is something that Oxford did do better - they kept their fans cheering like seals at all the EDM/South Beach sensory stimuli. Other than that they were pretty tame.

It's been one of the most annoying things this week for me. The talk about the environment and the fans impacting the game. The fans themselves really weren't that loud. The rave and the blaring speakers on top of the field pretty much due to the stadium size was what was loud. Any stoppage in play it was like being in a close quarter South Beach night club.
Not quite 20, but maybe 7-10, yes. If you want to include the refs inexplicably blowing the ball down on their first drive, you could say 10-14.
Yep. I'm bummed Trinidad played as good as he's capable and LSU didn't play its best game. It happens. Losing sucks always. Move on.
Ole Miss fans are so unbelievably unhinged in the entire Kiffin saga.

Seems like a lot of folks are picking Ole Miss for the vibes. In one breath they can say LSU is the better football team, and in the next pick Ole Miss. And that is completely acceptable in college football.

It's college football so anything can happen, but agree with you
1. Blake Baker has given up 23.5 regulation points/game against Ole Miss. 24 and 23.
2. Lane Kiffin and Charlie Weis Jr. are no longer on their sideline.
3. This LSU defense is better than any of the last two years.
4. Ole Miss offense is worse than it has been.
It's hard for me to see Ole Miss scoring more than 23-24 in this game.

Especially QB - breaking the bank for a QB out of HS is legit malpractice.
There’ll be a lot of people who brush this stuff off but great coaches like Kiffiin are psychotic and actually do care about this stuff and it will piss him off.

The governor supporting the state flagship university is extreme institutional control. If SEC presidents have political axes to grind, and fans and ADs are scared if LSU reaching its potential, that’s their own problem. The action against LSU and we will win in court.

Why would LSU cut a deal. We have done nothing wrong and have the leverage. Vote to kick us out and, in addition to the buyout rights the league would owe us, we will counter sue for damages for a violation of the leagues duty of good faith and fair dealing for its arbitrary and capricious enforcement disproportionately targeting LSU for behavior done by other schools by selectively enforcing ex pos facto rules. Fund our NIL for years.
