No. 10 LSU Dominates No. 23 Texas A&M In 35-6 Blowout

No. 10 LSU bounced back in a big way Saturday night with a dominant 35-6 win over No. 23 Texas A&M at Tiger Stadium.
The Tigers grabbed control early and took a 14-3 lead into halftime before blowing the game open with 21 unanswered points in the third quarter.
Quarterback Sam Leavitt played through a calf injury that had him noticeably limping and limited his ability to run, but he still delivered a strong performance through the air. Leavitt completed 17 of 23 passes for 312 yards and two touchdowns with one interception.
Wide receiver Jackson Harris had a breakout night, finishing with six catches for 163 yards and two touchdowns.
LSU's defense was just as impressive, completely shutting down Texas A&M quarterback Marcel Reed and the Aggies' offense. Reed completed just 10 of 26 passes for 106 yards with an interception and was held to minus-13 yards on 10 rushing attempts.
Texas A&M managed just two field goals as LSU kept the Aggies out of the end zone all night.
The victory gets LSU back on track following last week's loss at Ole Miss and improves the Tigers to 3-1 on the season.
