Sankey was added to the lawsuit in Baton Rouge court after the SEC stated their rules pertaining to all this. You can say it was the players all you want but no one sees it that way. Especially not Sankey. The SEC federal lawsuit came about later.. It was very dumb for LSU to do all this towards Sankey by themselves. They should have had other schools on their side.
Go on Google and lookup if LSU was involved in the lawsuit in BR and then comeback to the class

Did you really think Sankey was going to let it go after he was embarrassed last week?

It was kind of stupid of LSU to add him to the lawsuit

LSU wasn't even party to the lawsuit that Sankey had to go to court for last week. That lawsuit was 40+ players from various sports and schools filing suit against the NCAA. The only reason the plaintiffs' attorneys added the SEC and Sankey to the lawsuit was because the SEC threatened LSU with sanctions or expulsion if they added any of these players, regardless of what the judge's ruling was.

Wrong conversation. We should start interviewing replacement candidates immediately. Miami, FSU just edging themselves for the opportunity to replace the tigers.

It isn't for this specific case, it will be when LSU and the state sue the conference for various things.

Expelling LSU? Are you kidding me. I'm no LSU fan at all, however expelling LSU from the SEC is the incredibly moronic.

Or maybe it's just you. The punishment is NOT the issue. The indignation coming from the home office is.

Again, I already covered this, I’m going to ignore LSU fans that cannot figure this one out.

Got it. So these two situations are nothing alike.

Then why wasn’t that in any of the legal filings?

That would be massive for the SEC in court filings.

If you're getting sued for damages in a defamation lawsuit you better have proof.

He did not go against the SEC.

You all obviously care, it's apparent in the posts here.

I would be shocked if you were kicked out. But that's also because I expect LSU to get in line. If you don't, then I hope LSU is kicked out and I will laugh my arse off until the day I die about it.

I enjoy laughing at your low IQ takes on a daily basis. Keep them coming.

They, as an institution, have proven they don’t have any respect for this conference or its member institutions.

Just like when you all played that Bediako guy in basketball last year, right?
