It’s amazing to see all of Sankey’s boot lickers praising the man who fricked the conference

They aren't going to expel LSU, they are letting LSU know they need to stop challenging the conference or that's a possibility.

You can't be a member of a club while simultaneously telling the club to go F itself.

Exactly.

Got it. So these two situations are nothing alike.

Yours is a lot worse.

If LSU had played those players this past weekend, then the TRO went away and we benched them, they'd be just alike.

You want them to be, that's why you ignore them and try to present only a narrow narrative without them.

They, as an institution, have proven they don’t have any respect for this conference or its member institutions.

Sankey is a butt hurt bitch and my money says Texas is the one really pushing this.

Their history is consistent with it

Texas is boring as shite. They come from a big state, but they don't win much to speak of and aren't exciting.

As we speak, LSU is the most exciting and passion-inducing name in college football. Networks would crawl over broken glass to sign a deal with them. When Kiffin leaves, all that could change, but if they strike while the iron is hot, they could come out way ahead over the next 10-15 years.

You are delusional sir.

Yep. Sankey got embarrassed publicly in court in Baton Rouge.

Funny thing is that Lane has been pretty quiet about all this.

He made a joke at halftime and Sankey lost his fricking mind

The title IX lawsuit. Installing a guy suspended for it as their AD. All the times LSU stormed the field and gave the SEC the finger while shouting “you ain’t the boss of us.” Taking a SEC head coach during the season. Trying to take their roster. Calling Ole Miss racist, then doubling down by calling the whole state of Mississippi racist. Rehiring Will Wade. Wade trying to import a European pro team. Lane recruiting NFL players. Going toe to toe with the SEC over it. And the halftime jab from Lane “imagine if we had pro players.” It isn’t one thing, it is a series of events, all of which the league frowns on. All of which say “we don’t care what the SEC thinks.” It may be enough to get them kicked out of the club.

This constitutes getting sued in Federal Court and expelled from the conference? What in the ever loving pile of meth did you fall from?

The SEC has scheduled a meeting Thursday to decide whether to terminate LSU’s membership in the conference.

Wrong. That is NOT what the meeting is for.

It is to determine if they CAN legally terminate LSU. There will no vote at all

No, they’re putting their foot down and laying down the law. Someone needs to these days.

Can you highlight where you saw this? The press has been saying it is to vote on expelling, not whether they can expel.

He put himself at the center of this drama long before Saturday.

But you did leave the 2 spots open on the roster and have positioned and postured yourselves to maybe doing so in the future.

Yes

IF THEY BECAME ELIGIBLE.

LSU has never said they would roster them if the SEC/NCAA didn’t give the Ok

I think in court it would be that the SEC could kick LSU out even without 11 votes.

If the SEC members voted on it, then it would require 11 of them. I don't think that needs court approval.

That's how I'm reading it anyway, I could be wrong.

Actually what Bama did was worse. Furthermore, I don't think the SEC wants to make this an even bigger mess. Missouri played a player who doesn't fit within the rules as Bama did with their BB player. The SEC would get smashed for collusion by not expelling those 2 programs if they do expel LSU.

So, what will happen is, the SEC will ask that Lane and LSU not make them look retarded in the public eye. That will be the end of it.
