So you're saying that one set of Justice's opinions on a case can't ever be looked at again, it's set in stone? If that were the case, then none of the other cases would ever have been looked at again, such as Roe v. Wade, etc. Afterall, these are just legal opinions by humans, and some humans see things differently as other humans, especially over long lengths of time with vast differences in societal norms. Just because one case had one ruling doesn't mean this case can't have a different ruling.

He was just taking the advice from his scumbag buddy Landry. Landry hates Flemming, but Flemming is absolutely the choice.

Broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage. I guess we're inately disgusted by the brassica family as children. I read that you have millions more tastebuds as a child, and as you age the tastebuds die off or become damaged.

“As we get older, our taste buds begin to shrink and decline in number,” says Dr. Hadney. “In addition, the mouth produces less saliva over time. A drier mouth and fewer taste buds lead to a gradual decline in our ability to taste food.

I guess that's why everything tastes good when we're old. Idk, I always liked the taste of pussy.
Why the hell would someone in Monroe, Lake Charles or Slidell have a say so on a single parish school district vote? This makes no sense.
Same as throwing a cigarette butt or anything else in a urinal. Trash. You might as well just shite on the floor to help the janitor out. :banghead:

I think Stansbury would be an excellent assistant. Jones too, but that one's a little trickier unless he can set asside his ego/aspirations for truly bringing his alma mater back to glory. I know one thing, we'll be playing some defense next season.

or the contractors building these things. These are massive projects, and the Kiewits & MMR's of the world are feasting
Cenex Harvest States is a large oil refiner owned as a Co-Op of farmers. Even they dont make biofuels and just refine crude. This is dumb. The government needs to get out of the biofuels business, but the EPA mandated this stuff for so long, that Big Oil is lobbying to get a ROI before mothballing these units.
My wife and her family is Catholic, and I'm prodestant. I go walk through the communion line with them when I go to service at the Catholic church so that my child and I can get a blessing. Am I sad that you have to be Catholic to get holy communion at the Catholic church? A little. At all the churches I grew up in and still attend, the table is open to everyone, just as Jesus would have done it. I guess that's one of the main beefs between Catholics and Protestants though, along with many others. I also think that prayer should be between you and God, not to some Saint, or a "middle man" Pope. Not allowing the non-Catholics to have communion is another idol symbol that gets in the way of your faith.
I usually check with my coworkers if they saw a particular thread
