Our fanbase has shown up through some real shite football, so you can move us on up.

South Carolina was still selling out their stadium when they were 0-11 in the late 90s. They're at least Top 5 here.

Please, fans don’t know loyalty until they’ve withstood years/decades of record setting numbers of losses in conference play and virtually no bright spots to hold on to.

Alabama fans don’t hold a candle to teams like Arkansas in this category.

I do know that Arky has loyally hated Texas for generations...

Pound for pound across all sports, I don't think you'll find a fanbase more loyal than Mississippi State baseball. Our football loyalty is middle of the pack tbh, but only because of pure exhaustion, not because the passion isn't there.

Y'all can play solid, and came within a whisker of beating us last time.

I like Kentucky - it's a beautiful state. Since I have lived in North Carolina for awhile now, I have been able to whitewater kayak on the Russel Fork river several times in the fall (on the Virginia / Kentucky border), and camp in Breaks Interstate Park. A kayaking friend of mine bought some great apple pie moonshine (the real stuff, in an unlabeled Mason jar) from a Kentucky local during the annual Russel Fork whitewater festival as well...

Baseball is a great American sport, and I have respect for y'all's program...

It’s not being loyal to keep showing up for a bad product. That’s not loyalty, that’s stupidity because you will not affect change by continuing to throw money at incompetent leadership.

So you Auburn, South Carolina, Miss St fans, I love you because my team is also the 2nd fiddle so I get it. But, at least when we suck our fans stop supporting bad management. And that’s how most fanbases show their displeasure, But for some unknown reason SEC fans, as seen in this thread, equate attendance with loyalty. It’s not. Auburn fans should have made Jordan Haire a ghost town the past few falls instead of giving their poor managers even more money. If you support mediocrity then expect mediocrity which is what you have year after year.

OU is exceptionally low here. A top five fanbase in terms of loyalty.

It’s Vanderbilt. Not even close. Who else would support losing every year for the past 60 years (with a few good years recently)/. None of you would show up if your team had this record.

Definitely not Mississippi State. Some of you have reversible jerseys with Rebel blue on the other side. Even the old guys flip back and forth, depending on how the wind blows.

what? That is no where close to true. Been born and raised in Mississippi and traveled all around and know people in every corner of this state. I have never come across a fan such as you are describing

Now, there are people in NE Mississippi who are Alabama football fans and Miss state baseball fans. That’s a rare one but a weird one.

Tennessee should be higher than Bama, Georgia, LSU, and Texas. I get that we have a lot of trolls on here but if you are a legit Tennessee fan still you should get a medal or something for all the crap we have went through

Y’all have a historic program, the best school song, and great fans. I have lived next door in Western NC for over 30 years now. The Eastern NC mountains are beautiful, and I have enjoyed whitewater kayaking Tennessee rivers such as the Pigeon, Big Creek in the Smokies, the Nolichucky (take out in Erwin, TN) and the Ocoee…

South Carolina and Kentucky gotta be up there. Arkansas too.

Fake fans don't count though. All the Bama fans who disappeared already were never Bama fans. They were hype train riders. Bama true blood stacks up with the top

In my opinion, South Carolina fans are far and away the most loyal. A few years ago, they were on something like a 27 game losing streak, and sold out every game.

The Saban run put it on the backburner but there have always been a shitload of Alabama sidewalkers with Auburn gear in the closet.

Hands down Mizzou fans! We go into every Season knowing this will happen numerous times....yet we still support our program.

I’ve driven through Missouri a number of times, and have had good BBQ in St.Louis. A lot of interesting history in Missouri. Y’all get a lot of crap on this Board for being Yankees, but you don’t really seem like Yankees to me.

Is Missouri the only SEC state with legal weed? Does that mean y’all are less of a nanny state than your SEC counterpart states?
