What do you think this picture proves, ManBearShartRetard?

That's right, even if BAMA starts reimagining college basketball again. Everyone with sense has had enough.

This. Right here.
The NCAA has lost multiple court cases on the basis that its arbitrary exclusion of the class of 2022 from the 5 for 5 rule was in fact arbitrary. If anyone wants to be mad at an institution, it's the NCAA (and Ole Miss, see below). As a result, Hutson can play for Texas. Wright can play for LSU.
On Thursday, the judge is further going to rule that if the SEC seeks to circumvent the court order by taking action against LSU, it is substantively violating the original court order. If Sankey nevertheless violates the court order and fines LSU or Kiffin, the other 15 school will be paying LSU and Kiffin a lot of money.
Everyone should be thanking Ole Miss for giving the 44 players who are part of this suit the road map to regain eligibility. By getting a home cooked injunction to keep a Class of 2021 QB eligible on dubious claims of a medical redshirt for tonsolitis (which his own school wanted no part of), Ole Miss opened pandoras box. The SEC said nothing other than "we must comply" and none of the 14 other schools so upset now said anything. So here we are.

I'm not trying to defend anyone. I'm just noting that the class of 2022 has been unjustly excluded from an extra year of eligibility. At the exact moment that 5 for 5 rule passed, they fit every criteria that it contained for another year. But the NCAA denied them that right with a carve out exclusion of the class of 2022. And then, after the NCAA was hit with a TRO, the SEC stepped in and created another rule that said the class of 2022 is eligible for another year of college ball, but only if they didn't try to enter the NFL during that window when they thought they were ineligible. And now the big profitable conferences are trying to dodge the TRO by punishing schools instead of athletes, which will have the same impact as banning players directly, or maybe allow them to play in the less profitable "minor leagues". No matter what the courts rule, that is a perfect example of injustice.

Wow, a non-LSU fan is actually using their own brain instead of getting their marching orders from some dumbass talking head.

How can any self-respecting player bitch about missing another loophole? COVID has allowed all college teams of every sport to compete for almost a decade. Saturday, Virginia had two offensive linemen who were in their 7th year. Some of these guys are on their 5th or 6th different team. How in the world has anything been fair for anyone pre-COVID or pre-NIL/Portal, compared to this mess?
This sport has lost its collective minds.

Ole Miss part of the 2 billion dollar verdict is only a couple hundred million so why not.

Yeah, because suing someone for complying with a court order is very logical.

Is it true that the other 15 programs gave Sankey power to suspend Kiffin for up to half the season?

No, you idiot. G-league players aren't legal.
Ummmm.
Nothing to see here, right?
Texas A&M Aggies men's basketball team received some disappointing news last week when it was announced that guard Bryson Warren would be ineligible to play for the program next season due to the fact that played under contract in the NBA's G-League.
However, things are now shifting in a new, more postive direction for Warren and Texas A&M.
Warren has been granted a temporary restraining order against the NCAA that now makes him eligible to play for the Aggies during the 2026-27 campaign, per reports from Travis Brown of KBTX Sports.
However, according to Brown's report, this won't impact Warren's eligibility with Texas A&M, even though he played multiple years in the G-League with the Sioux Falls Skyforce and Westchester Knicks.
The TRO, which was filed in Brazos Valley court, prohibits the SEC and other conferences from restricting Warren's eligibility next season. Warren has spent this offseason with the Texas A&M program, which included the team's trip to the Bahamas for a few exhibition games, but the eligibility issues prevented him from playing in those contests.

Shocking.

Why is this female Tennessee hypocrite getting mad that someone is doing the same as her?

You just made the case for these players from 2022 class who want their 5th year.
I’m certain that’s not what you intended, however.
