CJ West visit is cancelled because of an academic issue that will prevent him from graduating in May.
Barrow was here but is now off to Miami, FSU and Texas. Word is all three are offering him more $$$.

Remember that the VAST majority of players entering the portal right now are doing so because they are buried on the depth chart or they have been affirmatively told to look elsewhere. We should be looking at guys that were contributors at their former schools and are looking to trade up, not Alaba...

All we did for Matthews was offer a full scholarship and a six figure NIL deal. His parents just wanted more and the Aggies were willing to pay up.

With Howard leaving, we are at 88 scholarships. We need to add at least 1-2 DT at a minimum so that means we NEED 4 or 5 more guys to hit the portal.
If you look at the roster, we are heavy (numbers wise) at:
