Do yall not remember that Sankey said the SEC will abide by the courts? He said they will defend its right in the courts but not go against the court order.
Which funny enough Lane has also said
He didnt say the conference wouldnt challenge the ruling...or wouldnt sue LSU in a federal court

LSU already bought and paid for the verdict from the BR judge. If you cannot understand that, you are an idiot

Old Piss bought their verdict too.

Im assuming you’re saying that Sankey would sue LSU in a federal court.
On what grounds would they be suing LSU

Maybe.
Maybe not.
That leaves Sankey one thing left to do that MIGHT stand up in court.
Make an even handed rule not allowing any player under injunction to participate.
Sankey needs to save college football and institute that rule.

LSU knows the entire SEC is against them. They really don't think the conference is willing to kick them out.
Kick them out and just simply head east on I-10 to FSU to replace them. Would only have to change one letter on the conference letterhead...easy peasy.

How’s that dumbass been in contact with anyone from Texas? How about Ole Miss and basketball? How about Texas A&M and basketball?
That dumbass Sark is trying to spin it as if that guy didn’t participate in the NFL #MIN camps as an under the free agent. He thinks that’s different. What a fricking moron. I might’ve been born, but I wasn’t born yesterday. The court is going to fricking crushed them.

A&M basketball already let that player go. He's in the portal, and we have our backup plan in place. Try again, retard
Posted on 9/1/26 at 5:23 pm to ColoradoAg
Also against Texas A&M. Didn’t you just signed another G league player? What’s the fricking difference?
Posted on 9/1/26 at 5:23 pm to Tiger1988
No, you idiot. G-league players aren't legal.

Do you think they are going to ignore the court?
Someone feel free to correct my constitutional law understanding cause Im not a lawyer. However this case is being heard in state court. So SEC member schools could just say those players are only eligible in Louisiana and ineligible to play in their states right?

The SEC will take it to Federal court if necessary. The kangaroo court will be overturned at a higher level
