Always love this quote with no context. Ben Franklin owned fking slaves and he is preaching about liberty

It’s called historical context, dipshit.

Ha! One is wearing sandals and another has flip flops.

Oh lawd! Imagine that a person needs affirmation from an internet discussion board every so often that tjey didn't take "the jab".
Pathetic. IMHO
Each person made their own choice for a variety of reasons. One way or the other it doesn't make anyone better or worse.
If you view it differently (obviously you do due to ur frequent cry for affirmation), then your an incredibly weak and low esteem individual.

Sir, this is a pure blood thread.

Go start your own “sheep united” thread.

You, and people like you, would argue up is down and down is up if it countered a statement made by Trump. Logic be damned.

I like how it is all doom and gloom for 90% of the article and then it adds "oh, and it keeps a ton of people from living in poverty." lol

Until their government swooped in and made their livelihood illegal, later backing off a little and just highly regulating the entire industry. I bet those regs include hefty fees and taxes for “restoring the wetlands”. Translated, that means making people other than the ones doing the work rich. “

I’m with the government and I’m here to save you”.
Yes. Don’t care about the rest. Just yes. Nuke ‘em twice.

So you are saying that provided housing and meals has no value?

It reminds me of the "teachers are underpaid" falsehood, but for different reasons.

Jesus Christ man….do you really want to try and argue that the military is “highly paid”. Really?

I don't understand how that happened unless it was tactical speed job. Normally for controlled stuff they're really, really careful about everybody being out of harm's way before detonation.

If someone was killed performing a controlled detonation, it is because the explosive was not stable or the “downed drone” was still weaponized. Do mistakes happen…sure, but who knows what happened here. I’m pretty sure it isn’t like most people are thinking and the guy didn’t use a long enough fuse or take proper cover. Something probably malfunctioned.

The military is not some organization where you just hang around for a time and get paid and money for college/university.

There is risk associated with it, which is why it is highly paid.

So…you weren’t in the military I see. It is the opposite of “highly paid”. LOL
So nothing gets done and more money is pissed away…lining some connected person’s pockets. Typical. frick all politicians.
It’s like the world is waking up….at least a little.
Someone has taught these guys how to properly engage a vehicle moving toward them. They seem to be proficient.

I said “vibes”…not hitler 2.0. Strange that we continue to help support a little dictator government like this. Also strange that so many Americans still support this BS.

Ukraine's wartime government is getting another shake-up after Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko stepped down Sunday, with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy saying he has offered her a "new, important" role as he reshapes his administration during the ongoing war with Russia.

quote:

Zelenskyy, who has remained in office under martial law because wartime elections are prohibited, framed the move as part of a broader shift in Ukraine's governing strategy.

"Ukraine is changing its political strategy," Zelenskyy wrote in a social media post, adding that he had offered Svyrydenko the chance to lead "a new, important area" in Ukraine's relations with a key international partner.

The Ukrainian president said each major area of foreign policy would be assigned to an experienced official responsible for carrying out agreements reached with foreign leaders and advancing the interests of the Ukrainian people. He also announced planned changes to the country's top law enforcement leadership, though he did not immediately provide additional details.

As soon as you mentioned the name of the employer in this thread you likely opened yourself up to legal action by them. What you’re describing sounds pretty damning but I’ve worked with employment lawyers multiple times in the past and if I’ve learned anything, it’s that there always seems to be things that appear pretty illegal that an employer can technically get away with so maybe there’s more to it than what your eye sees. I’m not going to quote the employer’s name, but if I were you, I’d go back and edit it out of your post. Just to be safe.

We don’t, collectively, hate lawyers enough.
