Because they've all been recruiting them the whole time in case the courts side with the players and they are allowed to play. These players would just be depth later in the year as they get to practice with the team. They would presumably commit to schools immediately after the hearing and before EOD Friday.
They can register you for school in 10 minutes.
LSU just had some guys publicly "commit" already and Lane is easy to hate.

The SEC, including LSU, all agree that pros can’t come back to college.

Any program that voted to ban these players and then a week later add them has zero integrity and deserves to be shamed. This would include my own if they choose to do it.

You are dumb not to. The court case will be decided and stupid knee jerk rules with zero precedent by the NCAA and conferences will result in massive lawsuits they will not win.
