If other teams start adding these players, just watch how they will start to be referenced not as “NFL Players” but “2022 recruits” seeking 5th year of eligibility. Which is how the argument should have been framed for all these undrafted players fron the jump after “5 for 5” was adopted.

It was always going to be this way. All these other teams hide in the bushes like cowards while LSU takes it on the chin. Then if/when these guys are declared eligible its "well we just want to play by the rules but weve got to do everything we can to make sure we put the best roster out there. If these guys are eligible, it's in our best interest to bring them in".
Ultimately the rant will pivot to "well Kiffin did it first! Why should the rest if us be at a disadvantage!"

Actually just read they don't have to be rostered, just enrolled. Which makes sense, you can always add members of the student body mid-year if there is a roster spot.
