I’d rather be in a small town with nice people than CS with weird people.

877,104- Knoxville (2)
834,159- Baton Rouge (3)
825,033- Columbia, SC (4)
537,463- Fayetteville (5)
512,650- Lexington (6)
284,687- Gainsville (7)
358,044- College Station (8)
242,799- Tuscaloosa (9)

178,271- Columbia, MO (11)
161,604- Auburn (12)

The Mississippi tows are over 100K people smaller than Auburn.... that's small. That gap is also widening each and every year.

What’s going on in Auburn besides AU related things? I didn’t know there was more to that area than the university.

Truly shocking that open homophobia is allowed on this website in 2018, someone needs to forward this to the Washington Post.

shite, I’d trade places with a small college town for BR. going to college in a city just under 1 million people just isn’t the same as going to a small town that revolves around the school.

Fayetteville does not even have close to 500,000 people. What the heck is this crap? Hell they do not even have over 100,000 people.

Keep in mind that is net growth... that means the number is likely higher once accounting for those who finally decided to leave Starkville.
