They have proof you don’t know about. The NFL coaches have all but admitted it is out there. Sometimes, lots of times, things go on behind the scenes the public doesn’t know about.

One coach said it, and then immediately walked it back and said it didn’t happen.

You people live in a world that doesn’t actually exist.

Hearing this might be racial. No issues with Hutson being on the Texas roster.

Nobody knows anything right now and everyone on both sides is just theorizing.

I guess we will all find out this week which side is correct.

Whatever LSU did is severe enough that the rest of the Presidents in the league are up in arms. Not fans. University administrators.

Discount that all you wish.

Ahh yes.. University administrators are known for being fair, uncorrupt, empathetic, and unbiased individuals.

Let's be real - this is a similar rights issue to NIL, and the the league lost on this issue in court.

The SEC lost an NIL court case?

It’s the same argument Pavia and Chambliss made when they won their suits.

Chambliss signed an NFL contract and was on an NFL roster?

Hutson is not on the Texas depth chart, did not play and Sark said he is ineligibile as he continues to work with the NCAA. Hutson also was always registered for classes at Texas, never signed an NFL contract and was never on an NFL roster. There is a right and a wrong way to handle things. Texas did things the right way. Kiffin & LSU attacked the SEC.

......and then he was taken off. Texas never encouraged him to sue the SEC. There were no depositions of Sankey. Texas never threatened to play him against the wishes of the conference or the other conference member institutions.

That’s because Sankey and the SEC didn’t bother to fight the restraining order he was granted. They sat on their hands and let it happen.

So now players can sue to join the SEC, even if it's against the rules of the SEC?

I mean what rules... your commissioner could not even define the difference between a Pro and an amateur in a court of law under oath... AND.. wasn't familiar with the 5 for 5 rule... under oath...

The 1st order of business for the SEC should have been replacing Sankey... for that reason alone.

So yes... legally this is a birds nest on the ground and I am shocked the courts have not already been flooded with lawsuits under the circumstances..

Remember the SEC presidents and AD's all voted for the proposed RULE except for LSU's. Not sure the rest of the league wants him fired like LSU fans do.

My guess is this is about LSU tampering with NFL players …

It's not. It's more than that. It isn't just one issue.

LSU never encouraged it either. LSU was ALSO sued In the Same lawsuit as the SEC.

Are you just skipping over that?

Yes. They all believe LSU colluded with the players to sue LSU.
