Just an FYI. I just received some information that a trucking strike will take place on Oct. 1 due to high diesel prices. Somebody is about to FAFO. So, you might want to make sure your vehicles are filled, groceries are stocked and whatever else you need is taken care of before then.

You think this is still a thing? When players started getting paid, it removed all of the feel good from the game. These guys (players and coaches) are getting paid very handsomely to put a GOOD product on the field. And they should feel bad when they don't live up to that.

It's the fact that Alabama isn't the dominant team it once was. They used to be done by halftime and the 2nd and 3rd teamers would get their opportunity at some snaps. Florida State shouldn't have been on the field with Bama at the half. And I'm okay with fans who showed their displeasure with it.

I think any fan who spends their hard earned money to buy a ticket\tickets to any game or contribute to NIL have every right to voice their displeasure with their ROI. Whether it's bad play by players or bad coaching. The way a HC or assistant acts in response tells me just how thinned skinned the coach is. Grubb got his feelings hurt by booing fans and tried to place the aim of the boo's on the players. If he would have kept his mouth shut and acted like a man instead of a schoolgirl this would be a moot point.

I think he did in a way by the appreciation he said he had for the fans that endured the delay. But he needs to have a sit down with his coordinators and tell them not to comment on fan reaction. Comment on player performance and what not but nothing as far as fans go. The HC will address that if need be.
