I think they beat Michigan and UGA
Michigan is a 7-5 team and underwood is not a good QB. UGA is the youngest team in the ncaa with 58 freshman and average age of 19.2.
UGA is a 8-4 team. I think OU will be 10-1/11-1
I don't think they beat UGA. I do think they'll have a good team.
Then again it may be ptsd from Georgia's complete dominance over us in every sport that matters.

2022: 6-7
2023:10-3
2024: 6-7
2025: 10-3
I predict they will go 8-4 this year. Mateer will get better, but I dont think that highly of BV. The good news for them is they have a lot of their trap games at home, so I think they won't get upset easily.
That 24 season was a disaster. Keep in mind we had Jackson Arnold as QB and Seth Littrel as OC. And every WR was hurt. But the D was already showing good signs. We did beat Bama at least and cost them playoffs.
Last year our QB got hurt and we still made playoffs, our D was stout and carried us. We were one dropped pass from putting Bama away in playoff game. Beat them reg season on road and had them on ropes in playoffs.
This year we have stability in OC and QB for first time under BV. And have added a new TE coach who will finally get us some TE support. And a new RB coach who has some good ones and coached some great ones prior. And a seasoned OLine.
The D is only better this year, and lots of depth. Allows BV to rotate players and keep em fresh.
I think this is the year. Another tough schedule for sure will test then

This total exceeds OU’s previous record of $352 million set in fiscal year 2025.

SEC Mike is such a blowhard. He’s a Sooner and all the Sooners love him
So how much have you bet on the over for the win total? Vegas has it at 8

From @Clowfb article today:
"Only two of the 16 SEC teams are not playing an FCS opponent this season – Oklahoma and Texas."
He also notes that Oklahoma has the toughest opening to the season, and Texas has the toughest away schedule in the nation.

no one but OU fans know why OU went 6-7 the second year …. that’s really a irrelevant year. OU will never be 6-7 under Brent again unless we lose two qbs and an entire OL to graduation . OU now has depth and Dillion gabriel won’t be hurt without any qb at the position to back him up

Then why don't you schedule UTEP or NM instead of McNeese?

Kind of a nebulous question, innit?
Of the team?
It wishes it was Texas.
Of the school?
It wishes it was Texas.
Of the state?
It wishes it was Texas.

Defensively they will be good. Comes down to Mateer and the offense.

Clearly headed for 6-4 this year. Can you not see the trend?

Team was soft and gutted when he took over from Stinkin Riley. He tore it down to nothing and completely rebuilt the program. Had some bumps and bad hires but has really turned it around for sustainability. Finally has some good offensive minds on that side of ball.
