re: Hey Dickie V

Correct me if im wrong.... but wasn't it rumored that Dale Brown was behind leaking all the information to Dickie V and Pat Forde???

LSU is an agronomy school. No idea how they don’t have classes that work on the course and run it.

This is without question my biggest complaint about the whole LSU golf course. With the amount of students, why not just charge every student 5 to 10 dollars a semester on there fee bill? This is guaranteed income for the golf course each semester. Also, make classes around the golf course like Mississippi state and other schools do. I get that the land is valuable and they want to make the new arena, but why not use some of the other land and build a new one on river road? Baton Rouge public golf is about to be more of a nightmare than it already is.

re: Santa Maria and all of BREC

The problem is that Santa Maria had over 70,000 rounds played last year. They don't need to do anything to keep it profitable. You cant tell me they don't rake in money. Should they make changes? Absolutely.... Are they?? Probably not....

Also the problem is that BR needs at least one more good 18 hole course to help with the demand. The LSU course being a goat ranch, and potentially getting ride of city park make the problem worse. Public golf is BR is a nightmare. I dont see it changing anytime soon.
The melt that's going to happen if we don't get wade is going to be unbearable.
Id probably work at a local golf course. Clean carts, make sure people start on time, maybe cut some grass.

Preferably would be near a beach.
Im so tired of hearing about Will Wade.

I agree McMahon needs to go but why cant we just try someone else?
Punta Espada is awesome. 10/10 you gotta play there.
Awesome post. My dad pasted away suddenly a year and a half ago at the age of 61. It was unexpected. I thought he would be around for a while. The one thing I miss are the phone calls. I would give alot to talk to him one more time. He was a great dad and I truly miss him everyday.

With that said, this is awesome you found this letter. He seems like he was a great dad.

No way Avocado. He was just pointing out that your announcer was a lying sack of shite, and that when he said there was almost 10,000 in attendance for the game, there was actually only 52 people there to watch the embarrassment

You woke up angry this morning baw. Take a deep breath it will be alright.
I worked for my grandfather at his department store in Marksville, LA. He sold school uniforms and the summers he was very busy. I learned a ton working with him. He was an absolute grinder. I made great memories working with him that I will cherish forever.

I've tried to say on here that Texarkana CC is the best course in Arkansas and he said it after his round was over. Said it is a great Augusta prep course. Hence the Little Augusta nickname it has.

You may have been the one I talked to about it a while back but I got to play TCC in 2024 with a member and it was awesome. It was an August afternoon on a Friday and I think we were the only two out on the course. The fairways were pristine. Greens were crazy fast. It was the nicest place I have played at.

Closing City Park and LSU would create a ripple effect that would impact all BREC courses, particularly nearby Webb Memorial which recorded 56,246 rounds played in 2025.

This...

Public golf in BR is already a nightmare. Getting rid of city park will make it that much worse. BR is at least 2 courses behind meeting the demand.
I always thought that the dryer balls reduce static in your clothes. That's why I use them.
Wheels is the GOAT. Has the videos up minutes after the game is over.

re: Grip Trainer

I got a cheap one off of amazon and it works fine. I dont really think there is a difference in them honestly.

Its amazing how much it has helped me honestly. I had a bad issue with shanking the ball for about 2 years. Realized when I messed around with the grip trainer that my left thumb was wrapped around the club causing my club to be open at impact. Since I changed that I havent had that issue anymore.

Only 6 more games and this nightmare is over .
5 regular season games and one and done in the sec tournament

This feels so similiar to the end of the Johnny Jones era. At least he generated a little excitement
I will be so happy when this McMahon BS is finished and we can stop having these debates.

its a hell of a fat burner though but there are plenty of cons.

I am a personal testament to this... Starting doing Zyn in the summer of 2024. It helps with curbing my appetite. Instead of snacking at 9:00pm ill throw a zyn in and not be hungry. Ive lost 15 pounds since starting.

Not going to sit here and say its all good though. Its addicting and if I tried to quit I know I would struggle.

The Raiders have something like 3 winning seasons since 2002. Wouldn’t say it’s that simple.

Fair point. The best quarterback they have had in my lifetime is Derek Carr..... Gotta get the quarterback right as we all know.
