its a hell of a fat burner though but there are plenty of cons.

I am a personal testament to this... Starting doing Zyn in the summer of 2024. It helps with curbing my appetite. Instead of snacking at 9:00pm ill throw a zyn in and not be hungry. Ive lost 15 pounds since starting.

Not going to sit here and say its all good though. Its addicting and if I tried to quit I know I would struggle.

The Raiders have something like 3 winning seasons since 2002. Wouldn’t say it’s that simple.

Fair point. The best quarterback they have had in my lifetime is Derek Carr..... Gotta get the quarterback right as we all know.
I would have been happy with the saints hiring him last year. Very good play caller with us on a terrible team. This year he should he was a great play caller who got the most out of Darnold and those guys.

Great hire by the raiders. All comes down to if Mendoza is successful or not if he will be any good as a HC.
How much money are these parents paying to have their son on this list??

Advice on an investment account

Posted by tigerbait17 on 2/3/26 at 10:14 am
I want to open an investment account for my Goddaughter where I place money in it every birthday and Christmas. I will give it to her when she turns 18. It wont be a crazy amount of money but my Godmother did it for me and it was great to have going into college.

Any recommendations on the type of account I should open up?

drivers have been maxed for quite some time, more forgiving? Maybe so

At this rate if I keep upgrading I should be hitting it 400 plus in about 10 years
Praying for you and your family
I have been researching these different golf simulator clubs that are popping up all over now. I live in BR and I found 3 different ones have opened up (Anytime Golf 24/7, Swingeasy Golf club, and The Back Nine Golf). Everyone seems to have a 6 month commitment minimum and all are expensive. The cheapest I have found is 150 a month for just 2 hours a week.

Has anyone actually joined one of these? If so, do you enjoy them and find they are worth it? With some of the prices listed it seems better to just get a membership to a private club.

I will always be a pinstripe guy. I'm happy we wear them more often now.

A golf tournament in SE Louisiana in late June. Sounds like a blast.

This is really the only thing I can think about. Going to be miserably hot. Im sure they will have plenty of accommodations for fans and players but its going to be scorching.

Travelers always got treated like crap, the regular staff tended to resent them because they were making a good bit more money than them.

I mean they are aware they are making significantly more money than a permanent nurse. I guess it creates tension all around. This is pretty much what a travel nurse signs up for right?

This level of consistency is not found at many programs. Just needs more time.

He is consistent that is for sure
The whole travel nurse gig since covid has been insane. You would think that hospitals would figure out how to pay their own nurses the amount they are paying these travel nurses. It is so backwards and doesn't make any sense at all.

You have a nurse who has worked for a hospital for 10 years, all the sudden a travel nurse shows up and is making 3 times as much as said nurse for 6 weeks. The travel nurse isn't going to work half as hard because why would they? They are gone in 6 weeks so who cares? I completely understand where the permanent nurse's frustration is coming from. You would think hospital execs would see this and restructure payment options for permanent nurses to incentivize them staying. Continuity of care is a huge thing and overall will work out better for any healthcare facility.

That being said if I was a nurse I would jump all over the free money.

This is not a defense of McMahon or a statement that we should keep him, but we could have more wins if Thomas wasn't injured.

Again, it's not a defense of McMahon because we shouldn't be in a position to be non-competitive in conference because one guy gets hurt.

Ive been as big of a McMahon supporter as one can be, its time to move on and try someone new. The program is stale. We need someone with energy.

re: Hot Springs , Arkansas courses

I stayed in Hot Springs Village over the summer. Im not super experienced out there but I don't think you can go wrong with any of the courses. We played at Cortez and loved it. I've heard Diamante is considered the best one but driving by them they all look very nice.
I feel like this will be the only way to combat the AI stuff. AI is an incredible resource. Don't know how you prevent students from using it besides making everything hand written.
Cant say he is overrated. 19 years and 0 losing seasons speaks for itself.

It comes down to having a quarterback, and they never got that part right after Big Ben.

Honestly, it makes not having a losing record even more impressive.
I would call Peninsula, craft farms, or Kiva Dunes. All three courses are great in my opinion. I'm sure both can help with accommodations or guide you in the right direction on that.

I believe craft is the only one of them that has more than 18 holes but could be wrong.
