Man, that really sucks. I hear horror stories about property taxes in Houston. I’m transferring down there in a few months and figure I’ll just buy a large box.

I once bought a car in Georgia and drove it back to Texas. I had never driven through Tennessee at the time. Pre-Google printed off Mapquest. Can’t remember which one but took me down a highway that just ended. I guess I’m glad it was not on a bridge

Whether you like it or not, agree or disagree with the efficacy of such technologies for carbon capture, it’s going to be a thing. All the rage with the major E&Ps.

People just don’t get it. There are many homeless people who choose to be homeless. They just enjoy the lifestyle. They might even work to stash some cash then go live in a tent in a city near you and do jack shite until their money runs out. The whole “we need to house all of these poor people” is ridiculous. We need to bus them to Denver and California.

Maybe. He’s from OKC, grew up a fan. By all accounts had an emotional meeting with BV and co this weekend. Maybe his parents saw the Nico fallout and didn’t want that smoke. The whole portal/NIL system is going to ruin these kids lives and needs to be overhauled.

Even without a video he is cooked. Texas shouldn’t offer a plea deal. The jury will hear eyewitness testimony that will describe Anthony shoving a blade into an innocent kid’s heart and running away while he bled to death. If I’m his attorney I’m telling Karmelo that he needs to learn how to play cards and sharpen iron for the 50 years.

I remember when he dumped his swing coach and started chasing distance. He was on top of the golf world at the time. That probably caused the wrist injury and the surgeries that he’s just now recovered from. Koepka also dealt with wrist injury and it took years for his comeback.

Honestly wonder if his legal team isn’t intentionally trying to stir the pot in an attempt to get the trial moved out of the county where he is accused. What they should be doing is begging the DA for a murder 2 plea deal.

Game one 2015 World Series. Longest WS game in history. Our seats were “SRO” standing room only, and endured a 2 hour chilly rain delay before first pitch of that marathon. KC won the game and the series in 5 games. I was whooped. Few years later the record would be outdone and I don’t envy anyone who attended it.
