there are only three Black head coaches among the NFL's 32 teams and just 14 Black head coaches among college's 130 Football Bowl Subdivision squads.
13% of the population.
9% of NFL HC
11% of college jobs.
Seems pretty in line. I don’t know why people think 13% of the population should hold the majority of top positions in any industry. Just hire the most qualified and it will work itself out

AKA Statistical Outliers.

I wouldn't hire a liberal for anything.
Well maybe if I needed a painter.

Make white kids play baseball less? idk what else to say. It's not like they're passing over better white people to let black players play. Can't say the same about society at large, which is where I imagine you were going with that point.
I'm asking why in this scenario:
13% population
68% players
12% coaches
Is the 12 considered the problem, and not the 68? Seems the 68 is the number that's way out of whack.
Is your answer really that the 13/12 discrepancy is racism but the 13/68 discrepancy is just the way the cookie crumbles?

Who is starting the Coalition for white cornerbacks?
Talk about lack of upward mobility

You think there hasn't been a single white cornerback capable of playing in big time CFB or the NFL in the last two decades? Might have a point about participation rates though

To hell with qualifications. Black? You’re in.

How can one race be such victim mentality pussies. It’s so annoying. You fricks have the same opportunities as everyone else. It’s 2020

I don't think Drunktitz played college ball.
It would be incredible if he could teach technique or form of any kind. It's amazing he even got the App State players respect. I see it going real, real bad for Mizzou with him. Chad Morris level bad.

Nope. The ones who could choose to play another position or a different sport entirely.

Are you arguing that the league is racist towards white people/other races and chooses to employ black people, assuming they're the better player? Cause that's some ridiculous shite right there.

The 68% is what happens when you have an almost perfectly level playing field, and pure meritocracy takes over
Imagine if we had a pure meritocracy in all major Institutions here in America

This is an argument against forcing more black head coaches.

OK, but can we have some outreach to attract more White players? Why aren't we as concerned with the extreme under-representation of White players on SEC teams?
Personally, I am fine with the teams being majority Black, and I am ok with the coaches being majority White. Just maybe there are different avg skill sets across races.

Nick Saban has been on a roll trolling the overly sensitive racists recently.

White cornerbacks get a much more level playing field to move up to highest levels of FB than do Coaching candidates, no one suspects a white CB of having any flaws until he puts his flaws on film
Minority coaching candidates don't quite get the same treatment because the hiring process is usually shrouded in secrecy

Saban should just come out and let it fly, Saban should just say, donate all you want, buy season Tix and access to luxury boxes, but since none of your Sons run the forty in 4.4 seconds , I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing
Then of course Saban could just be a man with a pure heart that is doing this because it is the right thing to do, sometimes aging brings about a certain amount of reflection
