Other databases show 13 shot. There is no national database to begin with so all the information isn't that accurate. 9 is incorrect to say were "killed" when, from the source it was only for those shot. You are the one giving misinformation baselessly.
I'm sorry people don't just go around saying "I'm racist and a cop" to satisfy your claim of evidence but I'll take the word of my uncle, a former police officer in a small East Texas town, that there is a plethora of racist cops all across the country.
