Beamer is done. Last week, it looked like he's lost the team. If it looks that way again this week, and there's another bad loss, I think he's out. He's not surviving the season, it's just a question of which week at this point.

I've heard multiple pundits say this spread is a rare "manual override". Florida is getting the standard 3 points for home field. That takes it to Florida being a slight favorite on a neutral field, which is not correct. Ole Miss would be about a 2.5 point favorite on a neutral field. Last week's Ole Miss game was a rare situation that lends itself to the players being emotionally (and physically) exhausted and is a perfect scenario for a classic "letdown". Last week's emotional high will not be duplicated. All this leads to a 3 point "manual override" by book keepers. So that plus home field is the 6 point swing you see. That's all. No disrespect to DUI Pete, no Lacy injury.

Will it work out? Who knows. Any way you look at it, it should be a good game.

I'm not addressing whether he will leave or not. I don't care. The guy I responded to originally made a comment that basically said he was leaving no matter what "unless he is a lifelong fan" or some junk. Just point out, that's not an if. It's been confirmed on here many times. So why is someone so uninformed giving their opinion on the matter.

Like you, I would probably take a lot of money to play for a team other than Arkansas. But if the offers were anywhere close, I'd pick Arkansas. So, I'm not even arguing that point.
