Reggie's strength was also legendary. He could just overpower some of the top offensive lineman in the game.

Champ Bailey would be in the mix at CB I suppose.
Nagurski winner in college, 8-time all-pro and 12-time pro-bowler in the NFL. Holds NFL record for most pass deflections. Has the record for most pro-bowl selections for a DB. In both the college and pro hall of fames. Part of two different NFL teams "all-time/HOF" lists (Washington and Denver).
For college only I'd argue Herschel Walker, but not for both combined.

Dat Nguyen - Mike LB
An argument could be made for him at least in college.
Von Miller is up there as well with outside LBers, but he took a couple years to become elite in college unlike Dat.

Derrick Thomas is borderline the greatest at his position ever, but we’ll never know . . .

I suppose the UGA fans are going to always say Walker at RB...but I'll throw another couple of names out there;
David Pollack was a beast DE. He was alot bigger than he looks now on TV and very strong (705 lb squat, still a team record, I think). He was just unblockable by one OLineman.
I'd argue that Bowers was the complete package at TE. If he would have played 4 seasons who knows what his numbers would have looked like and he even missed some time with some injuries. When healthy, he could run, block, catch, throw, kill taliban terrorists and eat Chuck Norris for breakfast.

Patrick Willis would be an elite LB in any era and any style of defense. Ridiculous combo of elite athleticism and football instinct.

Kellen Winslow was the best TE for a while.
