Actually, the only 2 real championship games coming up will be, first on...

December 6th, SEC Championship game at the M-B stadium Atlanta, then...

Jan 19, CFB National Championship game in Miami.

Expect UGA to be in both.

I almost feel sorry for poor Vanderbilt. I read that he was their 2nd highest rated recruit...EVER, in the history of their football program. Wow

over the last 25 years

I see what you're saying here, but here's reality; The majority of the cfb world doesn't care too much about the good ol days; about 5 or so years ago in CFB years. Heck, 25 years ago is practically the Jurassic period. They remember championships, like LSU's in 2019, just like UGA fans remember aaaaall the way back to 1980 and Walker running over people. But those are just nostalgic, fleeting memories these days.Cfb is a sport of 'What have you done for me lately' when it comes to the majority of fanbases and you know I'm right. That's why ol Ed could win a NC and get fired 2 seasons later.

So, I'll word it another way for ya; In our current decade, 2020 onward, Bama and UGA have ruled the SEC and a very few other teams throughout the nation have been considered elite. LSU isn't among them. You can hold on to past records and championships and stuff if you want, but in reality, that's NOT whats on the mind of the majority of your fanbase, or ANY fanbase for that matter.

Actually, its the entire LSU fanbase that's wondering this...like they do every season.

While they wade through an offseason of winning championships in those bastions of sports greatness, like Women's badminton and Men's Ice Curling, they are always eyeing and wringing their collective hands cautiously waiting for football season (only sport anyone REALLY cares about) wondering if they are going to rise up to elite status or continue being a red-headed stepchild to the conference big boys.

I don't agree with that. In the Vol fans' defense, I know many who are pretty cool and realistic. Our view of them has been distorted because of the idiots (Serraneaux and Whiskey and all of their pathetic alters) on this cesspool of a forum.

My father lives in Thomasville.

I think we lose to OSU

It'll be the one game I'm really breaking out my "SEC! SEC! SEC!" chant for. I hope the Horns take them to the woodshed. They did lose a ton of talent to a 2 loss natty team that fell to a 5 loss Michigan team. So, they're way overrated IMO.

Texas isn't ever at home

Eh, had a senior moment there. Thanks for correcting me.

For the record, I think Oky will be a better team, especially on D. I don't think talent is going to be a problem. From the few times I saw them play last year, they looked kinda out-physicaled on the LOS and gassed by the 4th quarter. They need to beef up their S&C program IMHO.

The Sooner teams back in the day were always a tough bunch of big ol mean boys. They haven't looked that way in a while. Correct me if you think I'm wrong. :dunno:

Everyone sleeping on OU this year

They're another team that may be improved but will have a brutal schedule'

Michigan in game 2. Road games to SC, Tenn and Bama and get Texas in the RRS and LSU at home.
Biggest SEC game of the season: Texas @ UGA - Donghorns come in looking for revenge. They don't get it... Dawgs take 3 in a row.

Biggest OOC game: Texas vs Ohio St - OS loses all those players they bought last year. Manning looks good in a rout and starts all the Heisman hype, which he will NOT win, btw

Biggest upset alerts: Tie... Bama @ South Carolina Lookout for that QB Bama!
Texas @ Florida The Horns will be looking ahead to the UGA game in a few weeks and Fl will have a pretty stout D

BK opener woes continue?: LSU @ Clemson - LSU loses 4 starters from that fantastic O that helped Nuss put up all of those big #s and Clemson has some NFL talent on D. I got a feeling this is going to be ugly.

Game a team BETTER win; If Bama falls @ FSU in game 1?? Whoa. Things gonna get reeeeal ugly real quick in Tusky

Biggest slide backwards - Not just 'see ya' Nico, but Vols lose Sampson and all of their OL. Tough times coming to Rocky flop

Surprise team - Florida would be but they have a tough sched. I'll go with the Gamecocks. Easy sched, they'll start the season 5-0 easily.

Playoffs - UGA, Texas, for sure

Hey Whiskey....you're busted idiot. Go away.
Your wife said I was an 'improvement'...you POS, no-life, pussy. And uh...go away.

We were wrong. Everyone thought you was a Serranaux alter, but your ridiculous, obnoxious style on this thread has given you away.

Welcome back Whiskey! Now go away....

My God, there has been some dumb posters on this forum, but you are definitely the most idiotic even for an LSU fan. Your mother should be shot for even giving birth to you.

And it's funny for SEC fans to talk crap this year

What's really funny is why a Buckeye fan is on this SEC forum talking at all where you are not welcomed or wanted. Go away....

Minkah supposedly told him to go play for Kirby.

Wow...that would be something, if true.
Reference my post earlier... Did Kelly lose to North Illinois (MAC conference), Marshall (Sunbelt conference) or a 3-9 Stanford team at Notre Dame? Yeah, Freeman took down UGA last season with 3 of our OL starters injured and starting QB out, but I don't make excuses because of injuries, so I'll give him that one. It was an impressive win, probably more than anything BK did. But he's had some reeeeeal clunkers at ND.

I personally don't think BK or Freeman are all that good.

I just realized that you are a Serraneaux alter! An alter responding to his own thread is pathetic even by your standards dude.
Eh...I have no love loss for LSU, But just pointing out that the Leprachauns aren't much better off with Freeman than they were with ol Brian.

overrated asses

:rotflmao: I wouldn't be calling a team 'overrated' that has broke one off in my team the size of John Holme's impressive member 8 STRAIGHT TIMES and is currently your own team's conference champions. But that's just me.
